  • Perfect location!!!

"This is our third stay at the Cypress Grove Cottage. We love it, so we plan on staying here every time we visit the area. The location is perfect, basically one street over from Seaside, so you get to enjoy walking distance to Seaside with the lower rates of Seagrove. The cottage is always clean at arrival and property management company is always extremely easy to work with. When you check in, you literally walk in the office, they hand you an envelope with all info needed, and walk right back out. We love the speedy check in. We only had to contact the management company once during a stay last year. The bottom of the pool was covered with debris from a storm, I emailed the management company from the beach, and when we returned a couple of hours later the pool was spotless. We bring all items we need, because we understand, unfortunately, some people tend to take items that don't belong to them, so we understand why chairs, etc. aren't provided with the rental. We're glad we came across this property and will continue to book it in the future!!!"

  • 4 Families on Fall Break

"We had 4 families, 8 adults and 12 kids from 6-16 years of age. The house was plenty spacious for all and we had a great time. Nice in-ground pool, directly across from the beach access, so you are literally 200 yards from the ramp to the beach. The house itself was very private with plenty of trees and privacy fence. Plenty of parking for 4+ vehicles without getting in anyone's way. The only downside was the alarm on the door going out to the pool. I guess that is a state law in FL. We had some problems with the door knob sticking, but I'm sure that is the most often used door in the house. It leads directly to the pool and back patio, which is where we stayed most of the time while at the house. Everything else was in working order and we had a great time. I would definitely go back to this property a second time."

  • Perfect location

"We loved the location of this house. It's just slightly away from the square. So you're not in the main traffic hub, but just a quick walk away. Same goes with the beach. It's just a quick walk across the street and down the steps. There wasn't miles of sand to trudge through to get to the water which was nice. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom! Beds and linen were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the dining table had plenty of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and hope to return soon!"

  • Winter getaway

"What a treat Annie's Place is: very convenient location, plenty of space, nice kitchen, tastefully decorated and comfortable beds. This really felt like we were spending time in someone's house rather than your typical rental property. The house is close to the beach, close to the bike path and close to Seaside. So you have the convenience of being near the amenities of Seaside without the premium price. We loved exploring the quiet dirt roads on our bikes, and we took advantage of the fitness center in Watercolor for the cold or rainy days - otherwise we were walking on the beach and/or biking on the trail. All in all a great respite from the New England winter!"
