  • Family Weekend

"We had a fabulous time this weekend Rollin Tide Villas! The one bedroom worked well for our family of four. The daybed was perfect for the teens to sleep on. The condo is very well kept and the kitchen is well equipped. There were games, movies and books available in case you get too much sun or a southern shower changes your outdoor plans to indoors. Our daughter and her family stayed in another unit and it was a perfect place for our family reunion. We will be back! Thanks Carole!"

  • Clean, comfortable, roomy, & recently refurbished - just as described

"Rented this 3rd story condo in Seagrove Beach just across the 30A county highway from the beach to attend a January 2015 music festival. My son and his family (wife & 2 small sons) came along, and we really enjoyed having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. Balcony overlooked a big pool/courtyard, but pool doesn't open until March. From the balcony, you can just get a glimpse of the Gulf. A walk to the beach, via a street, paved bike path and a long county beach access path is about 0.4 miles; not a bad walk at all, even with two young children. Nearby (1-2 blocks) -- good Italian restaurant, seafood shop, doughnut shop, convenience store. Plenty of condo parking. Exterior of the buildings are a little worn in spots, but definitely not rundown looking. Bike racks on ground level. Interior of unit was exactly as shown in photos -- clean, well-maintained, comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Rental agents were very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay here again."

  • A Wonderful Vacation on The Florida Panhandle

"We spent 3 months in the vacation condo which was exactly as advertised. For starters, our landlord Matt was a pleasure to deal with. He was personable and easy to contact if we needed anything. We felt that even though we did not meet him in person, he took pride in his property and was very concerned that his tenants enjoyed their stay. The condo was clean and relatively spacious. We did have another couple spend a few days with us and it was comfortable for 4 people. The condo was located in a nice neighbourhood close to a number of nice restaurants which offered reasonable Happy Hour half price entrees. Also a first rate seafood store is located across the street. The fresh shrimp can be steamed and seasoned on the spot and brought home for an excellent meal. The closest grocery store is about 2 miles away. So if you are purchasing groceries, you really need a car or at least a bicycle. (Bicycle rental businesses are located very near to the property.) We both really liked the bicycle/running trails which run for about 18 miles along the 30A highway. Seaside is located about 1.3 miles away and is a hive of activity. As far as kitchen supplies are concerned, we found that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery, and appliances. We have visited many beaches in Florida and elsewhere. The beach iwas pristine and we both agreed that this was the best beach we had ever experienced. The couple who visited us expressed the same sentiment. It was a highlight of our stay and we spent hours in long healthy beach walks. It is short 4 minute walk from the condo to the beach. This was our first winter long visit to Florida and we would gladly return to this condo. We enjoyed the ground floor as it was easy to bring in groceries/shopping and it was convenient to come and go with our elderly pooch. The other thing that we appreciated was the fact that the renters and owners were very pleasant. We made new friends, some of whom were veteran visitors and provided useful hints about the best restaurants and shopping. It was NOT party central for the spring break crowd. Owners and guests were responsible and quiet. My only gripe was that a few visitors were not as diligent in cleaning up after their dogs as they should have been. There is no excuse for this as the facility supplies bags and has posted signs encouraging guests to behave responsibly. Thank you for a wonderful experience Matt."
