  • Thanksgiving Family Week at Banana Bungalow

"We visited Seagrove for Thanksgiving 2014 and enjoyed our stay in the spacious Banana Bungalow. Everything was immaculate and the accommodations were more than anticipated. We were conveniently located to Seaside shops and the beautiful sandy beaches. It was a wonderful week. My daughter has already planned a return visit with friends for next Spring. This was our first visit to the 30A area and Banana Bungalow. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Best beach house for a large family!

"Our family rented Mango II for a New Year family holiday trip. Our group included five individual family units that totaled 10 adults, 7 children and 2 infants. This home is brilliantly designed for larger groups to be able to stay comfortably together in one beach house. We especially appreciated the wonderful dining space where our whole family could enjoy meals together and the six bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Since several of us were traveling with young children, we were thankful that the home included several family-friendly amenities like high chairs, plastic cups and bowls, and sand and beach toys. Truly, the owners of this wonderful home have left no detail unattended. The home had every thing we needed and more. The beach is gorgeous and just a few steps away down a private beach access path. We also loved that the beautiful community of Seaside was just 1.9 miles down the road. We walked there one day and enjoyed the shops and sites. (The almost 4-mile round trip walk to Seaside proved to be a little much for the little legs (i.e. kids) in our group. Next time we will drive or bike!) Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing family vacation destination!"

  • Amazing house with awesome owners!!

"We had an absolute blast staying at Sandalwood. We had 7 people- 4 adults and 3 children (10, 5, and 4 years). It is in a FABULOUS location. We enjoyed walking to the beach- short enough distance for even a 4 year old to walk it :) Goatfeathers seafood was just across the street, and we loved picking up fresh seafood at night and cooking/relaxing in the BEAUTIFUL home. We also had a blast riding our bikes to nearby Seaside and even riding bikes with the little ones around the small neighborhood. The house was just perfect and the owners were more than helpful. They have it stocked with anything and everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed having a cart to go to the beach as well as bikes and beach chairs... this makes packing WAY easier when you can already use what's there! The kids absolutely loved the twin bed bunks with their own T.V.'s... and we loved it too so we could get a little adult time! My mother and I woke up early and would drink coffee in the adorable little nook beside the kitchen. The downstairs lay-out is perfect, as it is very spacious and open. With our big family, we enjoyed the multiple living spaces. Also, the front and back porches were amazing- all of it is so well-decorated... we were living in a dream! The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We were so sad to have to leave. We will definitely be staying here again... thank you for a wonderful vacation in an absolute dream vacation home. I would absolutely recommend this house!!"

  • Great location - clean, spacious home

"We stayed at "Drift Away" for a week - three couples enjoyed the home. It was clean and spacious with close access to the beach and a nice private pool. We would stay here again. Some notes for your trip: We brought our own bikes, but there are plenty of locations around 30A where you can rent bikes to travel up and down the path that connects the small towns. We were able to walk/bike almost everywhere we went. Big table that could accommodate all the guests made for easy dining. A couple of the burners on the stove didn't get as hot as needed, but we were able to easily prepare meals in the modern and open kitchen. Stock up at Publix (very close!) and plan to make a few meals to enjoy at home. The pool was great. We walked by many other properties who boast a private pool, but those didn't offer much more than a dip pool. The Drift Away pool is really nice for a relaxing time on property. The beach access was about 200 steps from the property. So convenient and you arrive at a nice, clean beach. Bring umbrellas and beach chairs to make the most of your time there. Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful home. Enjoy!"
