"For the past several years, my husband and I have taken our nieces and nephews to Sun Thyme every Memorial Day! When we first began our trips there, the kids were in high school and early college. This year, two are married and we have a baby vacationer too! This house works very well for all adults, teenagers and kids. We absolutely love this house. The location is great! We can walk to Seaside, V or Village Market for dinner and the beach is right across the road (literally 2 minute walk, max). Thyme Street is a beautiful and quiet street with charming Live Oaks and quaint houses. The house is furnished perfectly, with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The Davis' have been so nice every year. We will continue our trip there for many years to come."

"A wonderful house on a beautiful beach. Very comfortable. Huge master suite and sitting area upstairs. Super views of the Gulf. Close to Publix and other stores. Proximity to Eastern Lake is great for families with younger children to play in the shallow waters. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to friends."

"My family and two others (with teen children) rented this house for the week of Thanksgiving. It was PERFECT! The house is conveniently located in Seagrove just minutes from the Publix, many restaurants and the popular resorts of Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary. It has a beautiful ocean view from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, and you are steps from the beach right outside the back door. We did quite a bit of cooking for Thanksgiving and during our stay. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, bowls, plates, utensils, etc.. Plenty for a large crowd. We even found an electric carving knife in the pantry for our turkey. There is also a huge pantry for storing dry goods and supplies. Unlike some other places I've rented in the past, this house had basics such as salt & pepper and plenty of coffee filters and dish soap upon arrival. This was much appreciated.
The living area is very comfortable, and the kids had plenty of space downstairs. We all agreed that it was a place we would rent again. One thing to note - because it is on three levels - you might take that into consideration with small children or older adults - there are quite a few stairs."

"Our family rented Mango II for a New Year family holiday trip. Our group included five individual family units that totaled 10 adults, 7 children and 2 infants. This home is brilliantly designed for larger groups to be able to stay comfortably together in one beach house. We especially appreciated the wonderful dining space where our whole family could enjoy meals together and the six bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Since several of us were traveling with young children, we were thankful that the home included several family-friendly amenities like high chairs, plastic cups and bowls, and sand and beach toys. Truly, the owners of this wonderful home have left no detail unattended. The home had every thing we needed and more.
The beach is gorgeous and just a few steps away down a private beach access path. We also loved that the beautiful community of Seaside was just 1.9 miles down the road. We walked there one day and enjoyed the shops and sites. (The almost 4-mile round trip walk to Seaside proved to be a little much for the little legs (i.e. kids) in our group. Next time we will drive or bike!)
Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderfully relaxing family vacation destination!"
