  • Great family!

"My family rented this house because we wanted to accommodate a large group and not be on top of one another. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved that it was in a smaller, gated community. The golf cart was fantastic and definitely was helpful for getting to/from the beach. Couple of things I wish I would have known before I rented this property: The pool is shared with a condo complex. It wasn't ever crowded but it was a surprise to know it was shared and apparently many of the condo owners didn't know that either. May want to pack your own sheets and towels as the ones there aren't the best quality. There is no backyard or view. I think the pics gave the impression we would have a view. Not the case, which was fine because we were at the beach/pool all the time."

  • Great place!

"We had an AMAAAAZING time at Seagrove Beach and Endless Summer was the perfect place for us! It was just enough space, without being too much to keep up with or get lost in. We liked it being on the ground floor just because we didn't have to drag all our beach gear up and down the stairs. The pool is very nice and the shuffle board was fun too. This condo is just a short walk from the pool and the beach as well so we had no complaints about walking."

  • Liz

"I recently stayed at this wonderful unit. I have stayed at Hidden Beach Villas since 2001 and this was my favorite. I finally have a one bedroom and pet friendly unit on the 1st floor. They just got a new mattress and the bathroom and kitchen looked brand new. It also has two TV's which is nice. I hope to stay at this unit from now on."

  • Great Beach Escape!

"This condo was exactly as described. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It was cutely decorated and clean. The courtyard and pool was well maintained and professionally kept making coffee on the balcony every morning a joy. Not only is it a short walk to the beautiful beach (less than two minutes), It is a shaded walk. The owner was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be returning in the future."

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
