  • Great stay in condo 19!!

"This was our first family trip to Seagrove Beach and the Gulf Coast. The condo was great for us! The kids loved the bunk beds in the hall and the king bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is very nice, still looks very new. Plenty of room for the four of us and the location was perfect! Just steps from the beach, right across the street from Butterfly Bike and kayak (where we rented bikes and rode up to Seaside one day). Best beaches I've been to...way better than Myrtle Beach. Garrett Realty and the owners were super to work with!! I highly recommend condo 19 if you come to Seagrove Beach!"

  • Cozy and quiet in a great location

"Just brought my two teenagers and a friend to Serendipity for Spring Break. It was quiet and just off the beaten path of Spring Breakers and their noise, but close enough to ride bikes a very short distance to the beach, Seaside, Watercolor, yoga classes and Publix. Old school charm with lots of space, pool, yard for my dog! We lacked for nothing in terms of amenities and the owner is delightful and responsive! Cute decor, lots of charm, everything in great working order!"

  • My Happy Place

"I cannot say enough about this property and my experience there. I spend a week at the beach every year, always at Beach Me. Whether it's coffee on the tower deck with the sunrise or wine and cheese with the sunset, Beach Me is my happy place and I look forward to my stay there every year. When not on the tower deck, the beach is only steps away. Properties are spaced such that it never feels crowded, no matter the time of year. Great area for walking, riding bikes, or my personal favorite, lying on the beach doing absolutely nothing. Open and airy, Beach Me is beautifully maintained. With three levels, no matter how many folks are there, it never feels crowded. Do yourself a favor - stay at Beach Me. You'll go back every year."

  • Can't wait to do it again!

"The condo was pretty, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was away from the crowds, but close to the beach. We drove to the neighboring beaches and towns to enjoy, but were always glad to get back "home" to our quiet condo each night. Our teenagers enjoyed it too. Yvonne was particularly delightful to work with. We miss the time spent on the deck and walking to the walking to the water each night to say good night to the beach (in our pj's). :)"

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
