  • A Truly Wonderful Week!!

"We just returned from a fantastic week at the Dunes of Seagrove Resort. We rented two condos that were next door to each other to accommodate our two children and their families. One of the condos that we rented was The Secret of Life. We ALL loved this condo and it's light, airy, coastal feel. It was very spacious and the large patio provided a truly excellent view of the ocean. It was wonderful to eat our meals on the patio and feel the marvelous ocean breeze. We were able to see the dolphins jumping out of the water from the patio. It was so relaxing and enjoyable! The pools were great and the beach is just a few steps away. We will definitely return...AND definitely rent this unit again. My daughter-in-law has already "called dibs" on it! The owners were so easy to work with and sent us a detailed list of everything we needed to bring as well as all we might want to do while in the area. Words truly cannot express how wonderful our stay was. We will be back!!! (The key pad made it super worry about losing the keys!)"

  • Beautiful Home, with lots of Charm!

"We loved this home, their were 7 of us that stayed here. Everyone had a wonderful time, The Misner's were so helpful with everything. We will be going back hopefully in the next couple of years and hope to stay at the same home. We enjoyed the Beach, pool, and hanging out at Seaside during the evenings. This home is for all ages, we had 3 kids and 2 grandmothers with us. Everyone had a wonderful vacation, and we all went home with lots of memories from Escape plan 30A."

  • Great Beach Trip

"I'm a Travel Agent as a profession and I am constantly looking for great places to stay that offer value, service and sustainability. This was a perfect vacation and I feel like met all those needs. The unit is very true to its pictures, but quite cuter in person! I loved the loft - open, airy and spacious. It's a 3rd floor unit very near elevator making it awesome to move in and out. The kitchen had plenty of storage for us and was amply stocked with plenty of utinsels for cooking and eating. Only thing I brought was a crock pot, and that's because I'm a lazy cook at the beach :) They also had ample storage for clothes and such upstairs in the loft. Unit had a great air conditioner - some I've stayed in haven't and this was lovely and cool with nice cold air in the middle of July. There is internet - tho I found it to be slow occasionally. This probably wouldn't be noticable if you were just checking email or surfing some. But I usually have several hours of work to complete a day even on vacation, so I hit a wifi spot a few times while down there. The units don't have W/D in them - but there's several washers and dryers on property to do laundry if you need to. Loved the 3rd floor views and balcony. We rented bikes and beach chairs. It was a great location to ride - we could stay on the south side of 30A and wander thru the various subdivisions or hit the highway and east or west, we had plenty to see. Publix is just a couple miles away. Probably 5 miles to RMB and 3.5 to Seaside if I had to guess. We went into both many times for evenings - location was great. The beaches were perfect! No walkover so that helped in getting stuff to the beach. Probably a 3-4 minute walk so no problem there. If you are one who has to bring a lot to the beach like we do (toddler), I'd suggest a beach cart to make things easier on you. lol! I enjoyed the parking underneath the units, so the car was never hot. We were able to lock our bikes up down there as well. It's a first come first serve basis, but only parked out from under it one time in a week. We actually left all the beach toys down there to just grab on way to beach. Pool was always clean and never crowded. Loved the big covered deck :) We cooked out on the grills around the pool area twice and ate at the Picnic areas. This small place had a lot to offer. Patti was the best! She was a blessing in communication and ensuring all went well with our trip. Can't wait to visit again!"
