  • Great condo and owner!

"When planning a vacation for our family of 7, I looked and looked for a place that was not outrageously priced and didn't have 7 night minimums, etc. This was one of the few condos that had an up to date calendar on VRBO, didn't have a 7 night minimum and wasn't ridiculously expensive. I talked to Harriet and she was wonderful! She worked with me on arrival and departure dates and wanted to be sure that it met our needs. The condo was very cute, clean and within a short walk to the beach and right across from the pool. Our only complaint was that the master BR door does not have a lock on it. With 5 kids with us, we really needed that lock! We will definitely stay here again when vacationing in this area!!"

  • Great location

"We had a wonderful time in Seaside. The condo was roomy, clean, and lots of light. We had all the amenities you could ask for. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of sleeping room. There is a very short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside our door and was always clean. Eateries are very close and the drive to a nearby grocery and Walmart is pleasant. Thanks for providing us with a great vacation experience."

  • Weekend stay in October

"We were in town for my Grand Daughter's gym meet in early October. The meet was in Panama City but for whatever reason we chose to stay at Robert's condo. Well as it goes, things happen for a reason. We had a wonderful stay and everything was totally at our fingertips. Probably one of if not the cleanest place we have ever stayed. My 8 year old grand daughter was elated with the beach access and the "alligator lake". I would advise anyone to stay here, It was very nice."

  • March 2015 Stay

"We had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful home. It is an ideal location near the beach and pool and was very comfortable for our family of six. It is very tasteful and updated. Our older children enjoyed the freedom to explore Seaside with the bikes, while we enjoyed peaceful sunsets on a quiet beach with our younger two kids. 360 Blue gets ten stars in our opinion. Mandy thoughtfully helped me select the best house for our needs with genuine kindness and professionalism. She was far more helpful than websites, knowing the inventory better than I could navigate on my own. I would trust her guidance again. 360 Blue responded immediately to all questions and situations. We were impressed with the customer service."

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
