  • Wonderful Stay at Ambience

"Our stay was a quick last minute trip and the home and weather did not disappoint. The home was perfect for our group of 5 teenagers and 2 adults. The beach walk was close by and the heated pool was used daily during our stay. The area was perfect for the kids to ride bikes down to Seaside and enjoy the neighborhood without the traffic being an issue. The home had everything we needed and we loved having the screened in porch area. Only issue we had was getting locked out of the home from the porch areas, b/c doors locked behind us :) This is a great hidden gem in Seagrove and 30-A area, will definitely return in the future."

  • Amazing house - great experience - highly recommend this rental!

"Family of 6 adults and 3 kids stayed in one half (Sunrise Serenade) of Surf Serenade. About 2 miles or so from Rosemary and 5 or so from Seaside; we biked to both. Extremely clean when we arrived. Quiet street/subdivision, not alot of neighbors, so great for families. Very private beach - some days we were the only ones on it! Easy walk down the stairs to access the beach and the wooden chairs provided were perfect so we didn't have to rent or bring our own. We did bring a sun umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked, didn't miss a thing. 2 masters are huge and amazing, especially the 3rd floor master. Elevator was a nice touch. Fantastic sunsets. We also enjoyed the heated pool in March. I would highly recommend this home (either side - Sunrise/Sunset Serenade or both - Surf Serenade) and we are planning to rent again. Kerry was highly responsive to all of my questions and took care of our needs quickly. This is a gem, truly."

  • Outstanding Condo

"We have stayed in a number of rental properties in the Destin-Panama City area in the past 10 years and this condo was the best maintained of them all. We did not have to call about any issues during our stay. The owner's description of the property was right on. The property staff was excellent and there was night security, the beach the best, and the location unbeatable. We walked to a number of restaurants to eat and shop. We will stay here again! Highly recommend."

  • Playa Perfecto

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at InGulfed. The bedrooms were all well appointed, clean, nice bathrooms and plenty of hot water and water pressure for multiple showers to be taken simultaneously. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. We also used the grill to cook out twice and it cooks great. If your not used to a charcoal grille, don't be afraid to use it. The food cooks great, it just takes 20 minutes to get the coals ready to cook on. We only ate out once because we enjoyed the beach and house so much we didn't want to spend 3 hours eating out. The neighborhood is very family friendly, with the pool and tennis court just around the corner. There were also plenty of beach items to take along if you wanted to set up your own umbrella and chairs. I have to admit, i was lazy and only did this once, then I stopped in at the shop next to the ice cream place on way to beach and rented an umbrella and chars for the ret of the week. They gave me a 10% discount for staying in this neighborhood. We ran and/or walked along the sidewalk of 30a every morning and found a 24 hour gym 4 miles away in Grayton Beach that gave me a family pass for the week for a good price. With 4 active boys, we had plenty to do and never got bored. The week went way tooo fast. :-) Sabrina was great to work with. One of my sons left his new retainers on the sink, and she had her cleaning crew UPS them to my home for free and seemed happy to do it. We will definitely be back to enjoy the beach and surrounding area again."

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
