  • Excellent getaway spot

"This was a wonderful condo for a girlfriends getaway for a long weekend. My family has been vacationing along 30A for 25+ years, and this little road in Seagrove is one of our favorite spots. It is off the busiest part of the main drag, but still close and convenient to everything. This particular condo was a great find. Everything was neat and clean and well-maintained, and the location is just perfect. Having your own private deck literally on the beach is just wonderful. Leanne was so nice and helpful and easy to deal with. I definitely hope to return here sometime!"

  • Wonderful Stay!

"For the past 5 years we have stayed in Sandestin and wanted a change this year. So we decided on 30A. After browsing around, we zeroed in a few units. We are so glad we chose this unit. The first thing we appreciated about staying here was the quick response and all of our questions being answered easily before arrival. The pictures represent the condo well, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The walk to the beach is easy and that was with 3 young kids and a mountain of toys, umbrella and chairs. The condo provides a beach cart which was very handy. Seagrove is a great location, and it is easy to zip around the whole 30A area from here. But perhaps the thing we appreciated most was the customer service both by the management company and the owner. We felt like we were in good hands and they were just a phone call away. Things pop up on vacation that need to be addressed. That is a fact of life. When we called, the response was incredible. Very quick, thorough and everything handled promptly. That is a very good feeling when you are on vacation staying somewhere. My kids had a blast here as well and all of us would wholeheartedly recommend staying here."

  • Cute Condo

"This place was perfect for 4 people. I dont know about sleeping 10...would seem very crowded to me!!!! I thought it was very nice and clean and convenient to all places on 30-A. I loved the porch but would have much preferred an ocean front. There is a another condo building in front of you and a side view of the ocean which was very pretty especially at sunset. I would definately stay there again though!!!"

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
