  • Great Spring Break Location!

"We spent our Spring Break week at Muriel's Grove and could not have been more pleased!! It is a great location! We enjoyed using the pool right next door, walking to the beach, riding our bikes around the neighborhood and up and down 30A, and eating at the cute restaurants close by! Debbie was extremely helpful from the beginning with not only recommendations but also with anything we might have needed in regards to the house or making our vacation better. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, easy-going vacation spot with or without kids. We will definitely be back!"

  • January 2015 Stay

"Windsong was a great property. We are building one and wanted to stay in one to fully get the experience. the property was well cleaned, very nicely furnished and of course, very convenient to what we care about (Seaside shopping/food, any place up and down 30A). We had three people in our party as we flew down from Chicago to make our design choices with Nature Walk. Good luck in all your future rentals. Incidentally, my daughter LOVED the rope swing on the second floor balcony:)"

  • Little Gem in Seagrove Beach

"My husband and I needed some "down time," and this was the perfect little dream for a long weekend! The decor is beautiful and the condo is squeaky clean. We love to walk on the beach and the walkway was just across the street. And our favorite spot in Grayton Beach--Red Bar--is just down 30A (Bloody Mary's there are a sight to behold.). The owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. We'll stay here again-- only next time, it will be for longer!"

  • March 2015 Stay

"Just returning from yet another awesome Spring Break on 30A! Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us! There were a total of eight of us split between two families and everyone loved the home and the location. It was a perfectly located home base for all of our planned activities: beach days (of course), golf, deep sea fishing, tennis, running, and of course dining! The two masters were fantastic and the four kids (ages 9 - 14) had no issues claiming their turf. Chalk up another memory filled Spring Break! Thank you!"

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
