  • Family Weekend

"We had a fabulous time this weekend Rollin Tide Villas! The one bedroom worked well for our family of four. The daybed was perfect for the teens to sleep on. The condo is very well kept and the kitchen is well equipped. There were games, movies and books available in case you get too much sun or a southern shower changes your outdoor plans to indoors. Our daughter and her family stayed in another unit and it was a perfect place for our family reunion. We will be back! Thanks Carole!"

  • Weekend stay in October

"We were in town for my Grand Daughter's gym meet in early October. The meet was in Panama City but for whatever reason we chose to stay at Robert's condo. Well as it goes, things happen for a reason. We had a wonderful stay and everything was totally at our fingertips. Probably one of if not the cleanest place we have ever stayed. My 8 year old grand daughter was elated with the beach access and the "alligator lake". I would advise anyone to stay here, It was very nice."

  • End of Summer Family Vacation

"My family and I had an amazing time on our vacation and stay at this home. The home is beautiful. It was everything I expected and more. The décor and design creates a lovely relaxing ambiance. Everyone said they felt at home and comfortable within the first 24 hours. The owners were wonderful to work with in planning the vacation and insuring that our stay was problem free. They communicated regularly prior to our arrival to accommodate us with area restaurants, boutiques, golf courses, etc. The beach is very accessible with just a short walk and the private pool was a lovely attribute for those that wanted privacy. The home is equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need including pizza pans, muffin pans, casserole dishes, serving dishes, etc. We love to cook and did not lack in anything in order to do so. We created lovely family memories here that will last a lifetime."

  • Great spot!

"We were a little apprehensive to book this unit because it had NO reviews, but decided to take the chance and were very pleasantly surprised! It's very well equipped with the exception of extra blankets (it was chilly most nights) The unit was clean, everything went smoothly with booking and arrival, all in all, a GREAT trip :)"

Seagrove Beach Travel Tips

The quiet town of Seagrove Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle and the perfect place to visit anytime of the year. Seagrove Beach gets its name from a thick grove of windswept trees surrounding the community. Today, the town has preserved the green canopies full of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that are essential to its past.

In the early 1900s, Seagrove Beach was known as Russ's Hammock and accessible via a path from Point Washington, a small mill town. The McGee family were some of the first property owners in Seagrove Beach who discovered the area in 1949. Then, the only way you could get to the town was on a sandy trail off of U.S. Highway 98.

Palm trees, sandy beaches and relaxation are what you can expect in Seagrove Beach. It's a desirable destination for those who want to experience a peaceful getaway from a busy life and sit back and enjoy the sounds of the water crashing on the shore.

Seagrove Beach Attractions

The water in and around Seagrove Beach is clear while the beaches are full of sugar white sand. For this reason, spending some time at the beach is a must when you visit. You can swim, fish, build sand castles or just lay in the sun, but if you're looking for more to do, there's plenty of it in Seagrove Beach and the surrounding South Walton area.

Eastern Lake is one of the largest dune lakes in South Walton. Visitors stop here for canoeing, kayaking and YOLO boarding. Eastern Lake is also the trailhead of a hiking and biking trail that leads you through Point Washington State Forest.

Point Washington State Forest has more than 10 miles of trails for those who want to make their way through the 15,000-acre forest on bike, foot or just take in the beauty of the surrounding ecosystem. The most popular route for cyclists and hikers is from Eastern Lake to Cassine Garden where you may catch a glimpse endangered red-cockaded woodpecker or a gopher tortoise. The sand hills, basin swamps, wet flatwoods, wet prairie and cypress swamps that make up Point Washington State Forest make for the perfect stop if you want to get in touch with nature.
