  • Perfect for family with 2 small children

"Cute and well stocked cottage. It was tight for us with 2 teen-agers especially when other teens stopped by. The large screened-in porch was perfect for their overflow but we really didn't have room for extra girls to sleep over. Sandpiper vacation rentals, Haley, was fantastic. We had a few issues and they were there in what seemed like seconds taking care them. They surprised us the morning following our check-in with fresh donuts and milk from the yummy donut hut. I have learned that this company is family owned and it was obvious from everyone including the property maintenance men, that they aim to please. Will rent exclusively from Sandpiper again."

  • Clean and cozy and close to the action

"The first picture is a bit confusing. There isn't a view of the water. This apartment is the second floor of a building in the retail center of seaside. Nicely decorated. Clean. I was very comfy here but I spent little time inside the apartment. The bike rental and book store and a great restaurant are steps away. The beach is about two blocks. Seaside is a low key but beautiful destination and this apartment is conveniently located to return to during the day to drop off packages and change for the next activity. The kitchenette is sufficient. The roof top deck is a fun place to have wine and a carry out pizza. It if you are energetic you can fire up the small grill that is available. Bert was very easy to work with and my stay was quiet and restful."

  • Great Vacation Home!

"We had a party of 11 - two families with 2 grandmothers - and stayed for a week at this great vacation home. It was clean and in great condition - very clean and well stocked with most any needed kitchen item. ( The only thing missing was a garlic press!) The home was spacious and well laid out. The main level had the living area and kitchen. The patio door opened up to the pool and outside sitting area. The laundry area with large capacity stacked washer and dryer opened up to a side step area with private outdoor shower. To the rear of the first floor there is a 1/2 bath, and then a bedroom with 2 twins as well as a full bath. This bedroom has a door that opens up onto a small elevated porch. On the 2nd level are a king bedroom with master bathroom, a hall way built in bunk with full size futon on bottom (slept 2 college girls) with twin on top, and a queen bedroom with full bath. This bedroom opens up onto the screened in porch that overlooks the front yard. The third level has a small kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, table and chairs, full size futon, and tv. Every bedroom has a tv as does the living area. The upstairs area opens up onto an upper deck area which is nice in the evenings. The house was spotless, and the photos accurately reflected the property. The wi-fi worked great - we had a few problems getting connected and the rental office sent someone over to help in literally 10 minutes. Had some biting deer flies outside and the office sent someone over quickly to spray and left us some bug spray. Needed hangers for the closet and the office sent those over as well. Pool area was partially shaded in the day so was nice to be out of the sun some and still swim. Used the grill several nights for seafood from local fish market. We loved the location - 2 minute walk to the water and close to Seaside activities. We squeezed 3 cars into the driveway. The neighborhood area is quiet - dark at night so bring a flashlight if you like to walk. Did see a snake - some sort of rat snake - but was gone before we could closely identify it. Yikes!! We would love to stay here again. Great property! Wonderful vacation!!"

  • Lovely family getaway

"We took our toe girls (ages 3 & 9) to Seaside for a quick 3 night getaway. This cottage was PERFECT!! It was so close to the beach being right across 30A from the Tupelo pavion. And very quick walk to the pool - even with a 3 year old! And the walk to the center of town was very short too. Next time we will rent a golf cart - but you really didn't NEED to. Excellent response time from the owner - great great experience. We will visit again!"
