"A little gem! The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens. All the appliances we needed for our stay. We were down here for a wedding so it was conveniently located next to other guests but an easy bike ride to the beach district. We don't have a child but it would be very toddler friendly as there are no stairs once inside and its spacious enough you can fit a pack and play. Well lit with natural light, and AC/fan kept the place nice and cool."

"This was our 22nd year of coming to 30-A. We have been coming to WaterColor for most of that time with earlier trips staying at Seaside. This house location was very good. We enjoyed the quiet street (Dandelion). A plus was the backing up to the nature preserve and trails. The open floor plan on the main floor made involvement from Living, Dining and Kitchen very easy. I would like to commend 360 Blue. I really enjoyed the mobile app, the use of messages, emails, and your quick attention to any calls I made. The one suggestion I have is that the TV viewing of the home is not good outside of the main living room and even that required that the remote be pointed in just the right spot. The TV in the master bedroom was on basic cable and the selection of channels was poor unless you like the 3 - 5 major TV network channels. This home came with 4 bikes provided which was nice."

"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our second year to stay in your home. It's now our favorite Watercolor home. Kids love the green across the street for baseball and the girls love the Swing beds! I would love to see a Keurig brewer added to the kitchen and possibly a different mattress for the master bedroom. The one there is most uncomfortable! 😁 Other than that, your home is perfection! Thank you so much!"

"Awesome house! This place is a short walk from Seaside village and beach access is directly across the street. The house is beautiful. I'll definitely return."
