  • May 2015 Stay

"We really enjoyed our stay. Couple of suggestions to make the app better. The garage code is actually 5 digits but app says 4 digits. App also says there is a blue flag to put up to signal trash is needed to be picked up. No such flag exists! Also, TV was hit and miss. Sometimes it would not work and there is no HD signal. These are all minor issues and we all absolutely loved the house and our stay."

  • April 2015 Stay

"We had a fabulous stay at 9 Lyonia Lane! The weather in early April was perfect for swimming and activities outside. We enjoyed riding our bikes that were provided to see the houses, trails, pools, shopping district and beach. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and check in/check out was totally hassle free. The house was picture perfect, and the porches were dreamy! The porch bed and bed swing were favorite spots for reading in the morning. The walk into town was effortless and was a pleasant walk past the nearby tennis courts and through the picturesque church grounds. The proximity to Sea Side town lent itself to daily walks for ice cream! The location of the house is perfect because you feel you are in the serene neighborhood but are within walking distance to Sea Side town for shopping and within an easy bike ride to the pools, grocery store and beaches. The nearby tennis courts are fun to watch as well. We would definetly come back!"

  • Our Fifty Wedding Anniversary with family

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Water Color. The home was nice and very spacious. The kitchen, dining and living/family room were quite attractive. We enjoyed nice breakfasts in the mornings, and family style meals in the evening. The home provided all of the necessary amenities which made our stay so enjoyable. It was quite enjoyable to have tea and coffee on the balcony and front porch each day. Our master bedroom and joining bathroom were simply wonderful (large, spacious, comfortable - CLASSY). We all enjoyed the bicycles that were provided. The Carriage House was very nice."
