"We LOVED this house. Great location and the owners have thought of everything!! FULLy stocked kitchen with every gadget you can think of... Hairdryer and curling iron in every bathroom even a baby collapsable crib!! Loved having a golf cart and used it everyday! Also enjoyed having 4 bikes and used them daily!! Had an A/C unit not cooling and once we alerted maintenance, it was fixed Within an hour! We do recommend families bring citronella candles and bug spray to be able to enjoy the beautiful porch area! The outdoor gas grill was also a big hit! Kids loved the bunk beds and finding the secret room!! The pool is 2 blocks away and they have a resturant that serves amazing waffles & cinnamon rolls!! Our family loved our two weeks there. Can't wait until next yr! The Andersons"

"Our family (grandparents, adult kids and grandkids) had a wonderful week at this exceptional house! The owner and her assistant were a delight to deal with: kind, generous, helpful and trustworthy. The house itself is lovely, clean, and feels homey right away. Beautifully appointed and generously stocked, the house included gathering areas sized to comfortably accommodate groups (our family of 12) and the bedrooms and bathrooms afforded privacy for each family unit. Early morning coffee on the porch swing with the grandkids- reading the Bible, enjoying the breeze, listening to the birds, watching fish jump in the lake, singing, reminiscing about the day before and planning for the day ahead- provided a remarkably peaceful venue for making priceless memories. We were back on the porch for spectacular sunset views. The walk to the beach is a bit long for small children, but there are no streets to cross and we used the cart in the garage and a wagon we brought to haul the beach gear. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful! We arranged for a photographer to take a family photo and she was thrilled at the beauty and variety of the seascape. The pool was great for our group including 4 small children. WaterSound is a fabulous enclave. All in all an exceptional beach experience for a family that has been going to the beach annually for almost 30 years! Thank you Carmen and Matt! We were blessed and refreshed and we appreciate your gracious hospitality."

"Our extended family of 12, 5 children and 7 adults had a great stay. Our second year and we apprecited all the improvements - backs on lr couches, working freezer and golf carts. St Joes has screwed up the neighborhood. Closed all the boardwalks to bikes and carts due to a lawsuit and could not reserve any blue umbrellas or chairs. We needed 4 sets. They had 0 available all week. Fortunately this great house has it all 7 beach chaiirs, 2 umbrellas, 5 boogie boards and golf clubs and balls for the kids to use at Puttering Park which they did alot. Also 8 bikes & a Kayak. This is the best outfitted house ever. We would love to stay here again but only after St Joes fixes access to boardwalks(It is a long walk carrying chairs umbrellas & Kayak) and stocks enough beach equipment to support everyone. This is the first time ever we have not been able to rent besch equipment."
