"The condo is gorgeous, right when you walk in you're overcome with the breathtaking view. The family room/kitchen/dining room is great for all to be together, you have plenty of room and views from all angles. The bedrooms are very nice and 2/3 have the same gorgeous views. 4 bathrooms make it SO nice for everyone to have their space! The location is great and near the beautiful boardwalks which take you to the beach and very close to 2 pools, one more quiet with views of the dunes/lake and the other, still not overly busy, but with the yummy dunesider grill where you can get great drinks and food-staff is fantastic!!!! Renting bikes makes it great to get around and cruise over to the puttering park for some fun putt putt! Just remember to bring your own putter and balls. There's a newer place that just opened in May, called the Hub. It's less than a mile and a super fun place to grab lunch, a drink, dinner, &/or ice cream. It has an outdoor area with a faux lawn and often live music. We went at least 8 times in the 2 weeks we were there. All in all it was an amazing week, the ocean was crystal clear and absolutely stunning. The accommodations were phenomenal and Darrell is so great to work with!! We HIGHLY recommend and are already looking to book again next year!!"

"Our extended family of 12, 5 children and 7 adults had a great stay. Our second year and we apprecited all the improvements - backs on lr couches, working freezer and golf carts. St Joes has screwed up the neighborhood. Closed all the boardwalks to bikes and carts due to a lawsuit and could not reserve any blue umbrellas or chairs. We needed 4 sets. They had 0 available all week. Fortunately this great house has it all 7 beach chaiirs, 2 umbrellas, 5 boogie boards and golf clubs and balls for the kids to use at Puttering Park which they did alot. Also 8 bikes & a Kayak. This is the best outfitted house ever. We would love to stay here again but only after St Joes fixes access to boardwalks(It is a long walk carrying chairs umbrellas & Kayak) and stocks enough beach equipment to support everyone. This is the first time ever we have not been able to rent besch equipment."

"We have vacationed at the beach for the past 20 years and have rented many different condos and homes but this is truly my favorite!! I so appreciate the cleanliness throughout this unit and every room was freshly painted! The beds were super comfortable and the furnishings and decor were all high end! The AMAZING view from this property is the absolute best we have ever experienced!! We hated to leave at the end of our week long stay but we will most definitely be back! Jason was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to planning our next stay at this condo very soon!!!"

"Our family has vacationed at beaches all over the pan-handle of FL / AL, in addition to many East Coast beaches, and this is the perfect spot. Watersound Beach is Cape Cod meets gulf coast…perfect for a New England family moved south.
This condo does not feel anything like a rental. It immediately felt like we were coming to our beach home upon arrival. The unit is very well decorated, has every amenity you can think of, and has an incredible view. It is truly "vacation ready"...pack some clothes, rent a bike, stock the fridge and you are ready to go. Everything else you need; chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, etc...are all in the conveniently located garage.
While the walk to the beach initially seemed long, it turned out to be quite enjoyable as you meander along the boardwalks to the beach access. It set the tone for the rest of the day, peaceful and relaxing. The beaches were never crowded and we were there on a holiday week.
We enjoyed biking to Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest; for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and shopping.
What an incredible week for my wife, 2 teenage daughters and I. We enjoyed it so much we all agreed to book for next summer.
Think sun, surf and sand!"
