"This was our first time to stay at Watersound and Bridge Lane and we could not have been more pleased. Do not think of this as a rental. That would be a mistake. This is like a good friend who has an incredible beach home and invites you to stay at their place. We've never stayed at a rental that was done as nice as Bridge Lane is. The view is mesmerizing and everything you could possibly need is here. If you don't decompress after staying here it is time for medication. Watersound is magnificent if you are looking for an unspoiled, natural beach property. We look forward to coming back"

"Our family (grandparents, adult kids and grandkids) had a wonderful week at this exceptional house! The owner and her assistant were a delight to deal with: kind, generous, helpful and trustworthy. The house itself is lovely, clean, and feels homey right away. Beautifully appointed and generously stocked, the house included gathering areas sized to comfortably accommodate groups (our family of 12) and the bedrooms and bathrooms afforded privacy for each family unit. Early morning coffee on the porch swing with the grandkids- reading the Bible, enjoying the breeze, listening to the birds, watching fish jump in the lake, singing, reminiscing about the day before and planning for the day ahead- provided a remarkably peaceful venue for making priceless memories. We were back on the porch for spectacular sunset views. The walk to the beach is a bit long for small children, but there are no streets to cross and we used the cart in the garage and a wagon we brought to haul the beach gear. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful! We arranged for a photographer to take a family photo and she was thrilled at the beauty and variety of the seascape. The pool was great for our group including 4 small children. WaterSound is a fabulous enclave. All in all an exceptional beach experience for a family that has been going to the beach annually for almost 30 years! Thank you Carmen and Matt! We were blessed and refreshed and we appreciate your gracious hospitality."

"We have stayed at Watersound before, in different units, and highly recommend the area. We chose this unit because of the golf cart and bikes. They were convenient, but the boardwalk to the beach was closed off to carts this year. If we had known that, we would have chose a different rental. The condo is nice, but was very dirty in comparison to others. The floors would leave your feet black on arrival, the place was dusty and the refrigerator was not cleaned. The furnishings could also stand to be updated. The chairs and couch do not offer the level of comfort as other properties. With that being said, I would still recommend the unit, as I feel it was priced accordingly, as compared to other units in Watersound. The community as a whole is still a great place to visit, but is getting busier each year. The beach is beautiful and in this center section of Watersound there were still very few beach setups. We return to this place because of the large beach area with few rental umbrellas and chairs taking the prime spots. They only averaged 4 or 5 per day. The Hub, was a nice addition this year, as it offered additional food, beverage and entertainment that was only a short bike ride away."
