  • Lovely beach cottage!

"The cottage was clean and well cared for. Everyone enjoyed the short walk to both the pool and beach. It was nice to have the grill for cookouts and the enclosed porch made for a good spot to catch our breath. The kids really enjoyed using the path to get to the beach. Thank you so much for offering a clean and well kept home for our family vacation. We'll be back!"

  • STOP LOOKING!

"If Stella Luna is able to accommodate the size of your group, stop looking and just book it already. This place is fantastic. My wife, son (6 years old), and I stayed at Stella Luna for spring break in April. The amount of positive reviews on VRBO and my correspondence with Kelly beforehand made me very comfortable in booking our stay, but Grayton Beach and Stella Luna were even more impressive than we had anticipated. For what we wanted, Grayton Beach was perfect. It was active but not crowded. Grayton Beach is 2-3 miles west of Watercolor and Seaside so if you want to drive or bike over to an area on 30-A that’s busier, you can do it very easily. Outside of our excursion to Morrison Springs and a stop at Red Bay Grocery on the way back, we never found a need to travel more than several miles from Stella Luna. There are plenty of quality restaurants and shops within just a few miles, and Kelly and Billy provide every bit of information needed to navigate the area so you know where to go and what to do. Stella Luna, itself, is awesome. It’s just steps from the beautiful beach, Red Bar, Shorty’s, and a couple of shops at the end of DeFuniak Street. We were closer than I expected. DeFuniak Street is so nice and authentic. From the 2nd story screened in porch, you overlook the street and see bikers and walkers heading to and from the beach. There was the perfect buzz on DeFuniak Street throughout the day and evening. If you like just relaxing with some music and your favorite beverage throughout the day when you are on vacation, then you will love the screened in porch at Stella Luna. My family spent a lot of time on it. You can’t help but lie on the daybed, close your eyes, and drift off to sleep with a smile on your face after spending a few hours at the beach. Stella Luna is updated and nicely appointed but keeps the casual beach house feel intact and is SPOTLESS. Kelly and Billy obviously take a lot of pride in their beautiful home. It’s more than just a rental. They ensure every detail is perfect and go above and beyond to accommodate. All you have to do is show up. In summary, Grayton Beach and Stella Luna are amazing. If you have read all the reviews at this point, they’re legit. So go ahead and book your vacation, you won’t regret it."

  • Wonderful Watercolor home with great location!! We'll be back!

"My family recently returned from a 2 week stay at this wonderful Watercolor home. We absolutely loved it. First off, the home itself is lovely. Well kept, nice furniture, great appliances, multiple decks (both screened and not), and more. More than enough space for our 6 member family (my wife and our 4 young kids) and relatives who visited during our stay. Second, the location is ideal. It is across the street from Spartina Circle and the playground at Camp Watercolor, which our kids loved (as did my wife and I as we could sit on our deck and see the kids but not have to leave the deck). And the 6 passenger golf cart made for easy travel to the beach (I'd highly recommend renting the cart). We went frequently to the Camp Watercolor pool a 1 minute walk from the house. It's also a short bike ride to Sand Hill Circle and its pool if you decide to mix it up pool-wise. Third, the owner was great and very easy to deal with. We had a few questions when we arrived and our questions were answered quickly. Always a plus. Finally, Watercolor itself is tremendous. This is my family's third consecutive summer to travel to the 30A area and our first in Watercolor. It's our favorite part of 30A and particularly great for kids. In summary, I'd highly recommend 312 Spartina Circle for families heading to Watercolor. We had a wonderful experience and it pained us to leave! Thanks for such a great house! We will return!"
