  • Great house and great owners

"Had a great time at "Oasis"!!! The house is great and the pool makes it even better. We have rented many places in Destin Pointe and this is our favorite. Can't wait to go back. The owner is super responsive and makes sure everything is perfect..."

  • Perfect Beach House!

"Our family has stayed at Seascape for the last 2 years and has loved it! It’s such a nice beach cottage with great decor and relaxing atmosphere. The aquarium was a hit, especially for our 2 and 4 year old. Our kids also love the heated pool and hot tub. It’s close to the beach and a guy will actually set up chairs and an umbrella for you. The community is very safe and it’s close to great restaurants and shopping. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!"

  • The Sandcastle was amazing!

"The Sandcastle was more than we had hoped for. Very open and spacious with plenty of room for my family of 10. The proximity of the house to the beach allowed for easy access and the sounds of the waves at night. Also, right around the corner from a wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. The house was stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and the Xbox came in handy on a rainy day. We used the grill that was provided and the ice maker in the garage for filling the cooler and going to the beach. The house also has a ping pong table which was a ton of fun. My family didn't want to leave! Destin Pointe, where the home is located, is very close to tons of restaurants and shopping and made it very convenient to get the things we needed. We are already planning a trip back to this home next year."

  • Will definitely come back!

"This was our first trip to Destin and we couldn't be happier with our stay here. It was just my husband and me, so it was plenty of space for us. It was very comfortable with nice decor. We loved having a view of the pool and ocean from the condo balcony and easily being able to walk to the white sand beaches. It was also nice not having to worry about beach chairs and umbrellas, since the community (and owners) provides that service for guests. The complex was quiet and well maintained. It was a few minutes out of the “main drag” but that made it even better. There are two pools and a hot tub on the Destin Pointe property, both very nice. We did not grill while we were here, but the grills on the property looked great too (Kitchenaid brand, if you're wondering). There is a covered parking garage under the residences so you get to park your car in shade (my husband loved that). In regards to beach access, there are actually two beaches—the main beach and then a smaller beach near the Destin Jetties. It's easier to get to the main beach, however, we actually preferred the Jetties. The Jetties were quiet, calmer waters and still had a gorgeous view. You get to see a lot of sailboats passing through, so that was fun. If you're interested in snorkeling, don't bother seeking out any of the attractions because those tourist activities take you right here! Just buy your own mask and snorkel and head to this side of the beach. Our only complaint—because we're both very into cooking—is that the cooking supplies were a little sub par (think college dorm). Food sticks to every pot and pan so if you're driving to Destin, pack your favorite nonstick skillet. It will make scrambled eggs much easier. Aside from that though, the kitchen equipment was nice and worked well, with plenty of room. It was definitely something we could deal with during the five days we were there, considering most of our time was spent on the beach! We were here just as kids were going back to school, so it seemed to be much quieter and less crowded which was great (slightly off season). We definitely plan to come back here again."
