Fabulous place & owner!
"This was our first time using VBRO and we were so impressed with this owner! First, her place is just as beautiful as in pictures and just as described. She kept a book full of details that we might need for our stay that we could reference at anytime. She communicated with us about current events at the Village while we were staying there, and she even called when there was a potential problem with the door security code just to make sure that we could get in and out OK and not have a moment of our trip interrupted. (And we had no problems at all!) We really LOVED her unit and it was the right size for three adults (or two adults, kids, etc.) Fabulous location... great restaurants nearby but also quiet enough to enjoy your balcony. The tram ride to the beach made not having to drive a true luxury. I highly recommend it!!!"

"This location became the heart of a special celebration. We were pleased at how close to the warf and accessibility to shops and entertainment were for this unit. The porches are inviting to enjoy the breezes and meet the neighbours. It was awesome that each floor was quiet and the beds inviting for a comfortable sleep. If you enjoy a firmer pillow, consider bringing your own. If you enjoy cooking, the viking stove is awesome. I just happened to bring my own skillet because we were having tacos on a short timeline and did not want to have to look for one, was glad I did. This unit has every other cooking tool, except a skillet. Was thankful for the comment to bring your own dish washing soap, we made sure to pack that. The owner is great at responding, even the day of when the gate codes needed to be confirmed. Take your time on the steps, the last one can visually blend into the floor when coming down. Loved the theme in this inviting unit. We had a memorable time and can't wait to come back."

"Sandestin resort is hard to beat for a beach vacation whether going with family, group of friends or w/ significant other.
The beach is fantastic but there is so much more to do regardless of age or interests.
Our condo was wonderful. I especially like the balcony overlooking the village. It has a great location for going to the pool, strolling anywhere in village or the parking garage.
The condo had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the accessories, the washer/dryer in the condo, plenty of towels, beach chairs/umbrella, a keypad entry and even a Keurig coffee maker. The only issues with the unit were very minor. The sliding door for the master closet is broken and will not stay on the track which made it quite cumbersome to get into closet. Also, the two televisions were small and very old. Lastly, there is very little pantry/storage space for food. Again, very minor and I would not hesitate to call Sandie first when renting a unit in Sandistin"
