  • Very Nice Condo

"First, the condo is just as advertised. Very comfortable for 2 adults. Put in the following address in your GPS, 9800 Grand Sandestin Blvd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550; my GPS did not recognize Sandestin as a valid city. Upon arrival, pull in and give the guard your name and where your staying, Elation. Follow the signs to the Grand Sandestin. If you already have your door code and gate codes from the owner, you can go directly to your condo (I didn't know that, and wasted time waiting in line for nothing). Turn into the main entrance of the Grand Sandestin, and you will see the underground parking garade on the right. Put in your code and then follow the signs to the Elation parking area. You can park in any space, as long as its Elation. Then, look for the Elation elevator; thats how you will get to your room. We were in 5106, which in on the lobby floor. I strongly recommend getting the golf cart. The pool is very nice and clean, and is just a very short walk from the Elation building. Bayside Wharf is also a short walk away, no golf needed for that. The golf cart has lights, be sure to use them at night! Use the golf cart to go to Grand Blvd and the beach. There is a map in the golf cart. Suggest you bring a few bungie cords to tie your stuff down on the golf cart. When you go to the beach, you will have to park near the Elephant Walk (next to the Hilton). Recommend entering the beach at the entrance between the Elephant Walk and the Hilton; not where the tram drops everyone off. You will see a very nice air conditioned bathroom trailer by that entrance that noone seems to know about. We never had a bad meal. We ate at Cantina Larado, Flemings, Travanio, Agave Azul, Graffiti (Funky Blues Shack) twice, Poppys, Marina Grill, and PF Changs. There is very nice fireworks show on Tuesday nights at the Bayside Wharf. We had a very nice time."

  • Home away from home hidden on the Sandestin property

"First of all Bette & team are the best partners in planning your vacation. This is great place to stay either as a family or couple with easy access to the beach, great restaurants, shopping and local adventure destination. We are here for a week and the apartment is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay and plan on staying here again if available."

"The owner and his assistant are very organized, efficient and detailed. The process was very smooth and the condo was absolutely amazing. My family which included 2 teenage girls, 2 younger girls felt very safe and secure at this location. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this condo and location. Almost everything you can imagine for your family vacation is within seconds of your condo! Plenty space for everyone."
