"We spent a few days here over Spring Break with our two kids. We've stayed in other units in Beachside I and II on several occasions. This one is one of our favorites. It has everything we needed, including beach chairs and a Keurig for our coffee in the morning. It's as comfortable as home, and the view can't be beat. Denise was a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to returning."

"The condo was spacious enough for six people and the owners had stocked it very well with kitchen utenstils, beach chairs and toys. The balcony was nice and had seating for six along with a beautiful view. We enjoyed everything about our stay and Lynn was very efficent in answering questions and communicating instructions for our trip. Definitely would book again for our next vacation to Destin."

"We loved every minute of our stay here. It's beautifully decorated and yet not nerve-wracking for parents with children. Our group included 6 children, ages 16 to 6, and 4 adults and it never felt crowded. Our beds were extremely comfortable. There are TVs in every room but the bathrooms, but we ended up never turning on one. (I've noticed reviews recommending this villa for those with disabilities, but have to disagree. The tubs/showers, while gorgeous, require a big step up, and there are no rails in the bathroom either in the showers or next to toilets.) There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and silverware as well as the usual small kitchen appliances. You'll want to bring or buy a cookie sheet if you plan to bake, beach towels, and hangers for clothes, but that's it. Publix is about a mile away, which was super convenient. The Sanditon Beach was incredibly crowded, so we headed 10 minutes down the road to Topsail State Park, where we got in for free thanks to a Walton County tourism initiative. We enjoyed being able to walk to the wharf to see fireworks over the water for the 4th, and riding the provided bikes to the beach and pools, especially at night. We also took advantage of the grill. I've never been anywhere else in FL where I could sit outside at night without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes! It was a wonderful place to vacation."
