"Great place to stay. Everything was as stated. Located close to beach, tennis, golf, shopping & restaurants. Since we traveled with our dog, the enclosed patio area was perfect for us. Had a great stay and would come again in a heartbeat!"

"We booked this condo at the last minute and were able to receive a great nightly rate in spite of the fact that it was still peak-season. We didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised.
I'm used to having a beach view in the Seaside high-rise condo next door so I was worried that I wouldn't be satisfied at the villa but that wasn't the case at all. First of all, parking is so much easier because we could just pull right up to our door. No packed elevators or trying to snag a bell-hop cart when returning from the grocery store! It was also very quiet even during the day. It's just peaceful, serene and relaxing.
Getting to the beach was actually easier than ever because we had a Seaside parking pass and could drive around the corner to the high-rise closest to the beach and park right there. It's a much shorter walk than I was used to. We didn't try out any of the amenities except for a round of golf, but I think the passes can be used for other purposes as well throughout the resort. Laundry facilities were not in the condo and we didn't try those.
The one downside is that this is an older condo. When we arrived, the air conditioner had to be turned on full blast just to get it cooled off in there and we ended up strategically closing some vents off to force cool air into the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors were not easy to open and close, the water pressure in the bathrooms wasn't great, etc. But the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean so it's still a great deal for the price. There were even some paperback books on the shelves in case you want to read on the beach and I thought that was a really nice touch.
One suggestion would be to bring your own pillows and an extra blanket! The pillows are pretty hard (as is the bed, but that's to be expected for a value condo)."

"My husband , my 18 year old son and his girlfriend and I decided to do a quick trip after Christmas to Destin for 2 days to meet my sister and her husband along with my Mother. This condo had Plenty of room for everyone . Great view of the lake at Seascape. Walked to the beach several times a day to walk the dogs. Convenient location . Bill was wonderful to deal with!"

"This condo is located in a quiet, centralized location in the safe and beautiful gated resort of Seascape. It is within a short walk or brief ride to Seascape's own private beachfront access. Shopping, dining and tourist attractions can be reached within minutes. This condo is perfect for up to four people as it has one bedroom with a comfy king size bed and a large sofa sleeper in the living area. This is an upstairs unit but the stairs are broad and easy to climb. The condo is furnished with everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook (you supply the groceries!) You can lunch or have cocktails on the balcony overlooking the lovely golf course.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will surely return there next year!"
