  • Nice home, nice location. A neighborhood away from home.

"The house was very nice, nicer than the pictures. House was well equipped, had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We really enjoyed the neighborhood like feel of the development, and the community pool was really nice and never felt too crowded even though the development was nearly full. Would have liked a TV in the bedroom, but that's a very minor deal for me."

  • Christmas on the beach

"We had soooo much fun as a family celebrating Christmas on the beach. We had 17 people in this wonderful home and it never seemed crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen equipment in a wonderful quantity. The cookware was new of very good quality. The pool was a favorite with the kids--nice and warm and of course it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We had fun exploring the sights of the area. Went over to Sea Side, the Wharf, Shakes(awesome), shopping at both malls, did the Track, and played games on the beach."

  • Great Location and Attentive Management

"What a relaxing place to stay! The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and cookware, the pool was heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, the beach was a short, easy walk away, and the neighborhood was attractive and well-maintained. We were 4 adults and 4 children. The master bedroom and bath were fantastic, the oversized kid's room was very nice though I was a bit surprised to see that top bunks rated for 50 lbs max (not sure if that's really correct). The queen room downstairs is very nice, but the bathroom is not attached and it can be a little noisy if the children are heavy-footed on the 2nd floor so keep that in mind when deciding where to put guests. The beds were comfortable, and the owners gave prompt attention to our few very minor issues (like housekeeping put incorrect sheets on queen bed so fitted sheet kept coming off). Management responded and corrected the problem within 30 minutes of emailing them. Bike rentals and a cute cafe located just a few easy blocks away. We did not use the carriage house, but would have if our parents joined us. Very easy to drive to grocery store (could bike/walk it), outlet mall, fishing from Harborwalk in Destin, and other "extras". We were mostly happy going to the beach. It's a place I'd return again. Nice, comfortable and clean. This is a place for family gatherings."

  • July 2014 Stay

"Villa Coyaba #403. Unit was filthy on arrival. Dishes in the cabinet were greasy, covered with food, glasses with milk, etc.. Our feet were black from filth on the floors. It took from Saturday until Tuesday with numerous phone calls to 360 blue (most not returned) to adequately address no wifi in the unit. We needed wifi for one guest working, another studying. Towards the end of our stay, the coffee maker stopped working. We left messages asking for a replacement and, once again, received no follow up call and no replacement either. On check-in, for the entire unit, there were 7 bath towels. More towels were brought, however. The management at 360 Blue, at least those we spoke with, were unhelpful, each time promised a follow-up call and did so only twice and provided more excuses than help for each problem once we were able to reach them. We've stayed at Coyaba at least 6 years running, the last 2 in unit 403. The property and location is excellent, 360 Blue management continues to spiral downward"
