"Condo was exactly like pictures. Very well-kept and within excellent walking distance of the beach. Our kids LOVED the pool, it was clean and very well-maintained. I would definately recommend staying here."

  • Location & View = Heaven

"The process to secure our week was seamless & getting into the condo was a breeze--no office to check in or out with. Just went to the condo & used the provided code to get the keys out of the lock box and we were in. First impression: the condo smelled amazing (very clean), the decor was contemporary (very Pinterest worthy) and the view was priceless! Inside the condo we found just what we need for cooking a nice breakfast each morning and grilling out (bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid). We donated a lighter, bag of charcoal & lighter fluid to the condo for the next visitors. We did laundry in the slim washer/dryer combo in the closet and had no issues. Note to future renters: if you use the dryer, please clean the lint trap at the back of the dryer (inside the drum). If you turn the hall lights on you can see how to access it better. We cleaned it out and it was packed full of lint and the actual compartment itself was packed as well, doubt it has been waved out in the last year. I would hate to hear that this place burned down. The bathroom has adequate storage and a nice shower. The curtain set up is not the best so water escapes the shower easily. Just keep an eye on it & adjust the shower head if you notice water escaping. There are lots of towels, but no bath mat-that would be a good addition to the space. The bedroom is a good size with a nice dresser for storage and a small closet. The bed mattress really needs to be replaced. My husband and I actually took turns sleeping on the twin in the hall it was so bad. The bunk beds in the hall are really not too bad. Our son slept there the first night and loved having his own little cubbie. They put drawers underneath the bottom bunk which was perfect for our sons clothes--easy for him to access. One drawer is reserved for beach toys, we left ours there with the others for the next visitors. The cable package included Bravo, which is rare so I even got to keep up on my trash tv while on vacation. The beach is literally steps away & lifeguards are on duty every day. If you're a pool person you'll be happy to know it really is directly below the condo and easy to access. The pool location was actually the worst issue for us because there was a family that stayed in the pool all day and night (past the 10 pm closing time), yelling throwing balls, wrestling and being obnoxious. They pretty much took over the pool area (an"

Scenic Gulf Drive Vacation Rentals: The Gulf's Best Views

Facing the verdant waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Scenic Gulf Drive vacation rentals won't disappoint any of your expectations. Scenic Gulf Drive stretches along Florida's coast, spanning Fort Walton Beach and Miramar Beach and providing views both of the Gulf and of Choctawatchee Bay.

These views are best seen from Scenic Gulf Drive vacation rentals, especially in the popular Destin area, where visitors bask on the white sand beaches. These beaches are in your back yard when you stay in Scenic Gulf condos. Amidst this unparalleled setting, you're likely to feel right at home in Scenic Gulf Drive vacation rentals, since they provide all the comforts and amenities you'd expect from your own home. Full kitchens, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, large living spaces, and washers and dryers are standard, so you can put your feet up and relax.

Destin Area Attractions

There's plenty to do in Destin once you've settle in. Destin beach rentals are, of course, within easy distance of any water recreation you can think to try. Hang gliding and parasailing adventures can be booked at Kitty Hawk Kites, a business on the popular Destin Boardwalk. Fishing can be done from the Okaloosa Island Pier, a few miles from Destin beach rentals. You can rent a rod there or you can venture out into the deeper water on a fishing cruise. Keep an eye out for dolphins.

While swimming, scuba diving, and kayaking are also common water pursuits near Scenic Gulf Drive vacation rentals, water slides are another option. Cool off at Big Kahuna's Water Park in Destin, where you can go on the water rides, race the go-karts, or play miniature golf with the family.

Of course, many Scenic Gulf Drive condos may come with their own pools. It will be there that you find the privacy and relaxation that will make your stay in Florida unforgettable.
