  • Stunning views from 3 balconies

"This lovely 3 level town home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, but being just a handful of steps from Pompano Joe's was the best. We had amazing views of the gulf from all 3 balconies, and having the beach just one step off the bottom deck was perfect. The very bottom deck has a nice shower to wash the sand off after a great day on the beach. There were plenty of chairs on the balconies to enjoy the gulf breezes at night. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home."

  • Amazing place to have a wedding!!!

"My wife and I had stumbled across this beautiful town home during our search for a weekend wedding site and week honeymoon stay. We knew we were looking for something to house both families in order to celebrate for multiple days but also had an outside space with some natural beauty for the ceremony. This town home and property ended up being a beautiful backdrop for our amazing wedding. The outside space is breathtaking in late September. Most of our time was definitely spent outdoors and during the wedding day our guests were amazed. We had plenty of room with 10 people staying and could have slept more without a problem. The house is decorated so beautifully we felt like we were staying in our own home by the end of the week. The kitchens were spacious and our caterer had no problems with space. We plan on having our anniversary at this town home every year. Thanks for the wonderful memories!"

  • Great space ON beach

"This is a must-book vacation home if you're looking for something right on the beach. Tim communicated promptly and everything was as described. I was a little worried when I viewed pictures of the front of the property. The row of townhomes is not pretty. In fact, it's very plain and looks almost like a motel. When we arrived some of the units had overflowing garbage bins in front so it was not a welcome sight. However, a quick walk-through of all 3 floors let me know that this particular unit is cared for and the owners have been thoughtful in their choice of furnishings and finishes. The floor coverings and furnishings are lovely --- not fancy but very nice and very clean. The appliances were all in working order and were of good quality. The kitchen is compact but well planned and finished with nice counter, electric cooktop, dishwaher, and fridge with ice maker and water in the door. And enough plates, cups, glasses and cookware to comfortably feed a lot of people. During our week, I cooked 2 dinners and 1 breakfast for my extended family of 30 with no problem. We only needed to supplement the flatware with some plastic and we used plastic cups for the kids. There was a blender, a crab pot, BBQ utensils, toaster, anything I wanted was there. Oh, except a juicer. I bought a little hand juicer and gifted it to the house. Same with bath towels, water toys, chairs, umbrellas. Other than towels for the beach, the house had plenty of everything. It was impressive. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of the kitchen knives and, IMO, it's time to replace the non-stick pots/pans. Someone has used sharp implements and the surfaces are scratched. Although there are several chef's knives in the unit, they are dull and not very sturdy. And last, from the rear of the property (beach side), you can really tell which units are maintained and which are not. This unit and the units on either side have nice paint jobs and well-maintained decks. This unit has a larger main floor deck than most of the other units and is also is one of the few with a little roof over the top floor deck, making it possible to sit outside during the day. Most of the other units do not. So if you're considering other units in this group, ask questions and choose carefully.....better yet, just select this one! You will be happy. Thanks Tim for a great place. We'll be back"

  • Family Vacation

"We stayed in the Sanddollar townhome the week before Memorial Day. We had an excellent stay. I had my retired parents and teenage daughter in the townhome for a week. We saw dolphins almost every morning and a manatee one day. The accommodations were great; we loved grilling dinner on the back porch each night. We had a few minor maintenance issues and all were immediately responded to by the maintenance team."
