"This lovely 3 level town home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The home was very clean, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing meals, but being just a handful of steps from Pompano Joe's was the best. We had amazing views of the gulf from all 3 balconies, and having the beach just one step off the bottom deck was perfect. The very bottom deck has a nice shower to wash the sand off after a great day on the beach. There were plenty of chairs on the balconies to enjoy the gulf breezes at night. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home."Guest: marla Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
"This was our 4th summer to stay at this particular condo. We love it! Each year the owner has updated several different things. One of the bathrooms had been changed to a walk-in shower which was so much nicer! New bathtubs and new tile to the walls had been added to the other bathrooms. The condo is so accomodating to our family and friends that go with us each year. It is very spacious and has plenty of room for all 12 of us! We love being able to walk right on the beach from the bottom level. It has all the accomodations as if we were at our own home. One of our favorite accomodations/conveniences is the restaurant within walking distance next door. The restaurant is Pompano Joe's and has become one of our favorite eating places. We are making plans again next year to go to this favorite vacation condo."Guest: Kaye Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 9, 2014View listing
"We stayed September 14-21, 2014 and loved every minute! The property is exactly what we expected for the location and price - beach houses are typically hard to clean, especially ones right on the sand, but the unit was pretty clean and in good shape! The knives in the kitchen were not very clean, but it was no big deal. The beach-level deck was an unexpected surprise, as it's not pictured in the listing, but it was a great place to let our beach gear dry each day and to sit in the shade and watch the beach! We appreciated the toddler bed rails and pack & play in the closet, as well as the basket of extra towels and linens! The full size washer and dryer on the first floor as well as a stackable on the top floor made it easy for us to come home from vacation with all clean clothes! This is a fantastic property for people with young kids (but you might want to bring a stair gate), because there was no trek to the beach, we could go spend an hour or two, then walk right up the steps to come in and eat lunch and take naps without having to get in the car or walk a long way! Be advised the king bedrooms (there are 2) are on the top floor, so if you have someone with a problem with stairs, just keep that in mind. The view was fantastic, the beaches were gorgeous, and we can't wait to come back!"Guest: Katie Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 24, 2014View listing
"Once again we had such a wonderful time. This townhouse is everything and more. So clean and comfortable. Everything you need for the kitchen is made available. We also enjoyed going to a lot of new places that we did not visit last yr. They are all so close to the townhouse. We had 7 in our group ranging from 2 1/2 to 70 yrs old. It was perfect for all of us. Thank you again for again for a great vacation."Guest: PawPaw & NeNe Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 24, 2014View listing
