"We went to the Cape to celebrate our birthdays. We actually stayed in this property 20 years ago when it was owned by another couple. The property has been renovated and the results are amazing. The property is the personal beach home of Kenny and Erin and is furnished very nicely.
There are many positives with this property. It is on the gulf side of Cape San Blas Road. There is a gulf view from the living room and deck. The rent is very reasonable. It is dog friendly. It is just across the road from the Loggerhead Bike and Pedestrian Trail. It is well equipped, but we typically bring some of the basic items that are needed anyway. It is not a crowded development. There are 18 homes in the development. We were the only people in this development for much of our stay.
When we arrived the cable and internet didn't work. We got the internet working that night. The cable was back on in the morning. The problem for the cable was a modem that was not plugged in correctly. The maintenance man Glenn was quick to respond and come to the property.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There is plenty of room to park vehicles, boats, etc.
Kenny and Erin were great. We even were able to leave a little later on Sunday which was nice. The weather was great. We plan to book this property again in 2016 for another stay."

"Spent 4 nights with my brother, his wife and a friend. Planned to do a lot of fishing. Location is roughly half way between St. Joe Peninsula state park and the boat ramp at Indian pass. Neither bay cooperated this time and the water was rough. Still enjoyed our stay and spent a good bit of time on the beach. Only (slight) negative was my center console wouldn't fit under the unit. Still, I was able to park my boat within sight of the balcony. A lower bay boat without a T-Top would have fit."

The overall appearence and cleanliness of the property was excellent. It was as advertised.
"The short walk to the beach was well worth the amenities that were available at the house. The location in proximity to the National park, Appalachicola, and Port St. Joe made it ideal for our day journeys. The only draw back was the cable reception. Didnt watch that much TV. The beach was great. Had a couple of fires and listened to the waves. Nice week off!"

"We enjoyed ourselves. The house was wonderful. It was very roomy. The stairs were a little bit of a challenge with bad knees. We loved the beach, the park st st. Joseph was great. We scalloped, caught star fish, and had a great time. The owner I spoke with was very nice. I would recommend to anyone wanting a family vacation spot."
