  • Our Favorite Place!

"Cape San Blas is our favorite place to visit! We love the area and ALWAYS enjoy our stay at the Sea Esta. This is a beautiful home and is not lacking for anything. The new living rooom furniture this year was great! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises/sunsets and strolls along the beach. We see dolphins almost daily. It is absolutely breathtaking! Lots of photo opportunities. We drive into Port St. Joe for shopping and dining. While out we found a new restaurant to try, Joe Mama's Pizza, which was a great dining experience. David & Penne (the owners) and the staff at Coastal Joe's are very accommodating and great to deal with. Very polite, courteous and eager to please. Thank you David & Penne for sharing your beautiful home. We can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!"

  • Stay Here!!!

"We just got back from our honeymoon (5 years in the making). Aloha house blew me away as soon as I walked in. The pictures don't do it justice. Very functional as well as beautiful. The sunsets from the decks are unbelievable. Watched the blood moon at 6 am and the blanket of stars were beautiful. The walk to beach is short. We had butterflies floating around us while enjoying the sun. The kitchen is great. So easy for two people to cook and cleanin there. The main bedroom has the most comfortable king mattress and the bathroom is big. It was so relaxing listening to the waves crashing lulling us to sleep. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much!"

  • Cape Daze will amaze!

"A week is never long enough! I work a crazy job and I love getting away from it and coming to CSB. Cape Daze is a beautiful, comfortable home. Everything met and exceeded expectations. This is the first home I have rented on the Cape (6 so far) that had a well-stocked kitchen that had everything, from spices to other kitchen supplies. (Although I have to admit, we went to Appalachicola several times since we love to take our dog out to eat with us. They have several dog-friendly restaurants in which the restaurant staff brings your pup water and you can sit outside and watch the Florida scenery.) The house was very clean and well maintained. We loved the color and decor! We had a bit of difficulty with our dog dealing with the wood stairs inside but was quite comfortable with the outside stairs, so no problems there. (He's not used to wood floors which is why we brought sheets so he could maneuver around. Crazy lab!) The beach view was wonderful from the home. We didn't get to spend as much time walking on the beach due to the crazy flies. I learned more about dog flies than I care to know from the locals. They stay a short time this time of year, but their stay is memorable with their nasty biting. But that had nothing to do with the wonderful home. I always bring binoculars to watch the dolphins, which didn't disappoint. I did not even need them because about six dolphins put on a show right in front of us, popping up out of the water and dancing with each other. Eat your heart out, SeaWorld! I would like to thank the Lounsbury's for renting their home to us. Thank you for your quick and friendly communication. I have utilized a couple of rental companies on CSB and Coastal Joe seemed to be the most professional and their cleaning staff do a great job. I would definitely rent this home again as long as the Lounsbury's own it. They have put a lot of love into it and it's well taken care of. Thank you!"
