  • Excellent Weekend at the Cape

"This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and it will not be our last. The island is absolutely incredible and quiet. The house was nice and met every expectation that we had. The washer and dryer were nice and convenient to have. The bay private bay entrance did not offer much as you would have to walk a good ways into the bay to really get out there, which could be frustrating when you're surrounded by private docks. The private beach entrance was a very short, maybe 1 minute car ride and was super convenient as that is where we spent a great deal of our time. Like others have said, the neighbors are trash and let their dogs use the bathroom wherever they please, in this case, that happened to be right next to my truck. Overall, great trip and we hope to be back very soon. Thanks again for everything!"

  • Private Paradise

"We booked this house for a family reunion getaway with family coming from Louisiana, Ohio and New Mexico and ranging in age from 88 to 11 - fourteen of us in all. I think if you would ask any or all of the fourteen, they would all say the same thing: When can we come back? From the spectacular views both inside and out to the comfort of the beds we all felt like we were in a private resort. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The pictures on the website are good but it was much better in person. We loved watching the dolphins feeding in the water and seeing the baby stingrays along the very secluded beach. We had turtle nests withing a short walk of our private boardwalk. We felt so much at home and the week went by too fast. The property is well maintained and anything you mention, no matter how trivial, is taken care of immediately. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to be able to come back next year."

  • Everything we had hoped for!

"Our 1st time stay at Cape San Blas and with Teresa's Beach Homes was everything we expected and more. We had a wonderful time. The house was really nice and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I really liked that all the sheets, towels, washcloths, and hand towels were provided. It was very nice to already have the king and queen beds made. Little things like this are very much appreciated! We will definitely be back to the Cape San Blas area and hope to rent from Teresa's Beach Homes in the future."

  • Greatest Beach House We Have Ever Rented!

"Sandy Feet Retreat was an absolutely wonderful house to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my children and grandchildren. Wonderful Relaxing decor with a large well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 14. The porches were a great place to have our coffee and the beach only steps away. They thought of everything. Plan to return same time next year."
