  • My New Favorite Beach!

"This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and we loved it! The dog friendly beaches and houses are key if you have 4 legged children. This house and location were perfect!! There is a home on each side and behind it but thankfully they were not occupied while we were there. The house was as nice and laid out just like the pictures show, there were no surprises!! The house/kitchen was fully stocked with all the items you could need, even a crockpot and dog bowls. The walk to the beach was direct and most of it was decked. Mgmt company was super easy to work with...they even have an app. Being so close to the Trading Post made it easy for minor grocery needs. We had amazing weather and very friendly beach neighbors. All in all, an amazing vacation...we will be BACK!"

  • Don't judge this book by its cover!

"My husband, myself and our yorkie-poo stayed at this utterly charming beach cottage in April 2014. From the nearly deserted beach to the whimsically decorated home, this place was perfect. The weather left something to be desired (cloudy and chilly) but we were content to hang out the whole week. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and there plenty of towels. Can we talk about the view?! The screened-in porch and sundeck (with a charcoal grill) had a perfect view of the beach. You can't get closer to the sand and surf. We grilled shrimp from the St.Joe Shrimp Company, hung out with the locals at the Indian Pass Raw Bar, and watched our little dog chase birds on the beach. Jackie was very accommodating. We will most certainly return, perhaps in late summer or fall when the weather is a bit more predictable. Pros: The dog-friendly, nearly empty beach. Close to Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe. Charming well-equipped beach house. Comfortable beds and wonderfully cozy over-stuffed sofas. Amazing screened-in porch and sun deck Coins: Ummmm......nothing?"

  • Rainy Week in CSB (first time!!!!)

"A good week despite the in the water each day...and had opportunity (owing to rain) to make side-trips w/o feeling guilty about leaving the sun/sand. Have not been in "Reflections" for 2-3 years...very much like the improvements within, especially the youth beds(bunk) upstairs."

  • Excellent Beach House

"This beach house was amazing! We had an amazing trip and the beach was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures. We loved the kitchen! I was able to cook while we were there and they had all of the pots and pans we needed. The gas grill was great too. We loved that we could walk down the steps straight onto the beach. The beach was pretty private and we were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach the whole week. We were also able to build a fire on the beach which was awesome! We can't wait to come back again next year! Tip: We did experience some biting flies on the beach (which apparently happens from time to time). We went to the convenience store across the street and got some Cactus Juice and it worked like a charm. No more bites!"
