  • Fantastic Vacation!

"We loved the Blue Crab Cottage all the amenities the complex had to offer. The cottage is adorable and comfortable and the swimming pools and tennis courts in the complex are 1st rate."

  • Would rent again

"We had a great stay at Kokomo. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped. The beds were especially comfortable. Two adults, 1 teen, 2 dogs, and adding 2 grandparents later in the week--and there was plenty of room. We could have slept more in the loft. It was pretty windy on the beach while we were there, so it was nice to sit on the deck and see and hear the gulf clearly, but not have the wind. Really enjoyed St. Joseph State Park. We would stay here again."

  • First Time at Cape San Blas

"This was our first trip to the Port St. Joe area and Cape San Blas. We had spent two weeks in southern Florida with all the hustle and bustle and TRAFFIC. What a contrast. Cape San Blas was relaxing and quiet, more what we were looking for and what we needed after the craziness of the east coast of Florida and the southern gulf. The only negative part of our stay was the weather. We knew it would be cooler, but the northern polar temperatures came pretty close to the cape. The 40's are still better than the negative numbers in PA where we live. Barrier Dunes was very nice with a beautiful beach and friendly neighbors. Our condo was beautiful with a very beachy/nautical theme. We felt we were at the beach. The furniture was all very comfortable. Everything worked--ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee filters, and there was hand soap in every bathroom. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. (I have very short hair, so it was not a major problem.) The condo is spotless. The owner, David, was very easy to contact and responded quickly to the few e-mails I had to send. I would rent from him again if we ever decided to go back to the cape."

  • Stay Here!!!

"We just got back from our honeymoon (5 years in the making). Aloha house blew me away as soon as I walked in. The pictures don't do it justice. Very functional as well as beautiful. The sunsets from the decks are unbelievable. Watched the blood moon at 6 am and the blanket of stars were beautiful. The walk to beach is short. We had butterflies floating around us while enjoying the sun. The kitchen is great. So easy for two people to cook and cleanin there. The main bedroom has the most comfortable king mattress and the bathroom is big. It was so relaxing listening to the waves crashing lulling us to sleep. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much!"
