  • Family Vacation

"This was a last minute booking for an impromptu family mini vacation. The condo was great, with a fantastic view of the ocean. Very quiet area that allows you to relax and enjoy the beach."

  • Bella Vista, Cape San Blas, FL

"This was the fourth year we have stayed at Bella Vista and can't begin to tell you how very, very much we enjoy being there for a week. Such a beautiful house in such a beautiful place. The property is always clean and well-maintained. The real estate agency is so helpful. I would recommend this property to everyone! So close to the Gulf. Love it!!"

  • Birthday celebration!

"What a pleasure it was to work with Ms. Barbara. From start to finish the process was effortless and professional. We met the cleaning lady and she was very pleasant. Just having the 2 pools so close (1 heated) and the beach (short walk) was awesome, did not have time to bike or play tennis but next time we will. We didn't have to use the washer/dryer but it was there if we needed to. Wished we could have stayed longer but back to work! Weather was great, fishing was ok, not the time of year for scallops, there is an awesome seafood store right on the docks in Apalachicola that was our take home seafood place. Townhouse was furnished with everything we could possibly need, very clean, and thank you Barbara for the wine (really helped after our long trip in). Bed was comfy as well as the couch and patio furniture (great screened in porch for dining overlooking the fountain) loved all the little decks/porches. St.Joseph Peninsula State Park (right down the street) was perfect for any kind of sport you can imagine or just plain relaxing, reading, painting etc. Sunsets were awesome we took lots of pictures. We really like the pace here not touristy at all and quiet and peaceful. Make sure you purchase groceries on the way in (closest is the Pig). Within walking/biking distance of the Beach Berry is a wonderful restaurant named Cone Heads (cheap and fresh with good service) waterside restaurant in Port St. Joe's Dockside can't beat the views outside deck for drinks (not cheap) and reasonably priced good quality seafood. Skip the 2 delis in the Cape, snacks or supplies only."

  • Highly Recommend

"Our stay at this home was amazing. The location is great as it is just at the entrance to the cape and is approximately 1/2 way between Port St. Joe and the state park at the end of the cape. This section of beach is not as heavily populated as other parts of the cape. The house is beautiful with a great layout providing tons of living space down stairs, a great kitchen, and very nice, comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Not having to pack beach chairs was a huge plus for us as there were beach chairs provided for our use. That they allow guests to use the 2 kayaks was great as well. The house was maybe 30 steps to the beach access makign it very convenient to get down to the beach with your gear, especially given that there were carts available for our use as well. On top of that, the owners were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful above and beyond what I've ever found. I've never met either of them, but feel like they are friends. If we come back to CSB, we would certainly hope to get this unit again."
