"We have stayed at Barrier Dunes two times in the past in two different units. When our "usual" places were booked I found Chips Ahoy and holy cow am I glad! This unit is amazing! It is totally updated down to the faucet hardware. Extras that made it very welcoming just to name a few: built in ice maker, actual comfortable furniture, updated appliances, nice cable selection as well as Netflix. I cannot speak enough about this unit. It was so nice to stay in a condo where the owner obviously enjoys investing in the place. Cindy was great, super easy to communicate with and made the whole process seamless. This is where you want to stay in Barrier Dunes!"Guest: USMC wife Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 7, 2014View listing
"This was the nicest house that we have ever stayed in at CSB. And we have been coming here for 10 years. It is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We saw lots of wildlife and I loved the walk to the beach. We took full advantage of both porches, they are very nice! Most of our time was spent on the beach with the exception of going out to eat two nights..(IndiAn Pass raw bar and Coneheads). My husband and I had the master suite upstairs and the bed is SO comfortable! And a super nice bathroom! On Monday the weather was near perfect, overcast with a high of 75'. So we took off to the park and hiked the trail through the wildlife preserve in the park! It was probably our favorite day! We can't say enough good things about this rental! Thank you so much for letting us use your home with our family! We will definitely come back again!"Guest: VT Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"Beautifully decorated. Loved the porch with the high back chairs and the table and chairs on the other side. Beautiful art work throughout. Had all the toys for the beach with chairs and flotation devices. We had towels, soap and detergent there for us when we got there. Prestine Properties communication was great from beginning to end. We actually got to see turtle extraction with the State Park people while we were there and it was so interesting. House was very well stocked and we loved both porches downstairs and up. One recommendation would be to screen in one of the porches, but I loved the high back chairs and eating outside on the porch. Great place to stay right on the beach."Guest: Trish Date of Stay: August 2013 Review Submitted: September 4, 2013View listing
"What an awesome vacation! We are a family of ten ages 3 to 55 years old and we had a blast. The location is so close it may as well be beachfront. We swam with dolphins and stingrays and it was amazing. Big check on the bucket list! Saw another pod of dolphins with about 14 in it. Also had them swimming alongside the horseback riding. Although it was late summer the sun was warm, the water and waves were cool. Plenty of shells to find. Couldn't have been better if it had been perfectly planned for us. Working with Lynne was just like talking with a friend. We definitely feel it was our best vacation ever! That says a lot when you have ten people living together for 7 days. Thanks again and we hope to do it again next year."Guest: Happy family Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 4, 2014View listing
