"We had the best time at All Decked Out. Our family loved the house...the separate living areas and sitting areas where you could be "apart" yet "together" -- the pool was awesome. Love the location, between bay and gulf. We used the boardwalk to the bay more than the gulf, because, surprisingly, we had tons of fun looking at ocean life in the bay. We had a blast. Everything was very clean and in awesome condition. Highly recommend. We will be coming back, most certainly. Thank you!! :)"

"My husband and I spent a week at the Dolphins Dance condo the end of October. Cathy was great to work with. She responded to our request in a short time. We loved our stay in the condo and on Cape San Blas. It was our first time there and will not be our last. We love Barrier Dunes and the Cape. The condo was immaculate, well-stocked with everything you need to cook, and the sunsets were beautiful. There wasn't anything or anywhere we went that we didn't like. The walks on the beach were so relaxing, the restaurants in the surrounding areas were so good, and our walk in the bay was amazing. We loved it all. I would love to spend most of my free time there. We found lots of shells for us and the grandkids. We loved being able to walk on a quiet beach and seeing all the driftwood in the bay. One of our favorite things was feeding the turtles in the pond from the back deck. They would come up on the bank of the pond and stay in the pond to eat. One morning we counted 17 turtles. One day we were blessed to have a Great Blue Heron fly to one of the pine branches, about 6 feet from the deck. Cape San Blas is such a wonderful place to visit. Can't wait to get back again. Thanks again, Cathy, for supplying us with all the things needed to have a most amazing trip."

"This was our third visit to Million Dollar View and every week spent here is even better than the one before! The house was immaculate and there had been some major improvements done since our last stay about a year ago. It is obvious the owners are committed to quality and comfort all the way! The kitchen remodel is phenomenal with all the upgrades in appliances and the cooking utensils we could want! We loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful view of St Vincent Island. and the ability to hop in our kayaks and be exploring, shelling, and wandering such a beautiful place in just a few moments, was one of the reasons why we chose this house. We also enjoyed some of our usual favorites in Apalachicola: The Owl, Tamara's Cafe and Up the Creek. And as always Sunset Reflections was a dream to work with, the best in the business, we don't rent from anyone else! Thanks for a great Christmas!"

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. It was truly a wonderful fall break trip. This is our second visit to the Cape, the first staying at this property. The house is beautiful, and the proximity to the water is amazing. Our kids (ages 6-12) all loved that! We rented kayaks for the days we were there, which added to the fun. We fished on the shore as well as in the kayaks and caught all kinds of cool fish. We saw sea turtles, rays and dolphins almost every day, so the biologist in me was in heaven. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen supplies since we enjoy eating fresh shrimp "in" as much as going out. Everyone panicked a little when they realized there was very limited cell service, but by the end of the first day and through the rest of the week, we enjoyed being unplugged. The owners were a joy to work with, very helpful, and quick with responses when questions arose. Hope to stay here again!"
