"We have stayed at this Condo many times and it has the best upgrades of all of them. Great views of the Ocean from the bedroom and Deck. The Shower is custom and refreshing after a day of fishing! The unit is always clean and fully stocked with cooking essentials. We will be back next year for sure!"Guest: Ed Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 8, 2014View listing
"We stayed here for my mom's birthday trip with three couples, my mom, her best friend, and an almost two year old, so 8 adults and a toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone, but if we had even one more person, it would have been uncomfortable I think. The townhouse is very well decorated - I may use some of your ideas in my own home! There was plenty of room for us to play board games at the kitchen table and for everyone to have a seat in the living room. The kitchen was big enough for 2-3 people to prepare food at the same time. The bedrooms were a little smaller than we expected, but we didn't spend much time there. The master bedroom's balcony was my favorite spot! The kitchen was very well stocked, and the Keurig was a nice touch. There were lots of places to contain all our stuff - baskets in thoughtful places, medicine cabinets, etc. We could tell a lot of thought went into furnishing the home. There was virtually no one on the beach for most of our visit. The patio under the townhome is shared with the neighbors, which I thought might be a problem. It was actually really nice! We got to meet some neighbors, and they helped us fish (we got a pretty big shark and needed help getting it off the hook) and let us borrow their lighter fluid to start our beach fire. The beach was, of course, beautiful. It is my mom's favorite beach which is why we came here for her birthday. We found tons of shells, saw lots of dolphins, and a pelican came right up to my two year to just look at him. It was so cool! The stars were absolutely breathtaking! The flies were a pain (literally-they bite), so we won't come back in September. We ate at the Raw Bar twice, and Cone Heads once. I probably won't be back to Cone Heads, but I seriously considered moving to Cape San Blas just so I could eat at the Raw Bar all the time. There is also a gas station nearby that sells pretty much anything you could need, or you can drive to Port Saint Joe. The only complaint (and it's not a complaint really) that any of us had was that a lot of the decor is personal. There were lots of pictures of the owners of the house, and the kids names were on the wall in the room with bunk beds. Everyone's favorite thing by far was the hot outdoor shower and the beach just a flight of stairs away. NOT a good property if you have trouble with stairs."Guest: Betsy Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 1, 2014View listing
"Fiance and I just back from a week at the Cape. Couldn't have been more perfect. Place was clean and presented as advertised. Perfect beach house on the perfect beach. Owners very easy to deal with and offered a ton of suggestions on what to see, eat, and do. All that were dead on too. Would recommend and return again and again."Guest: Luke P. "We loved the Blue Crab Cottage all the amenities the complex had to offer. The cottage is adorable and comfortable and the swimming pools and tennis courts in the complex are 1st rate."Guest: Leslie Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 15, 2014View listing
