"Cape San Blas is exactly what the doctor ordered!! Pure R & R!! The townhome was wonderful with views of the gulf and pool. So convenient to everything. Unit was cute and clean. Parking a bit tight and a lot of stairs, otherwise great!!!"Guest: michelle b. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 26, 2014View listing
"This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and it will not be our last. The island is absolutely incredible and quiet. The house was nice and met every expectation that we had. The washer and dryer were nice and convenient to have. The bay private bay entrance did not offer much as you would have to walk a good ways into the bay to really get out there, which could be frustrating when you're surrounded by private docks. The private beach entrance was a very short, maybe 1 minute car ride and was super convenient as that is where we spent a great deal of our time. Like others have said, the neighbors are trash and let their dogs use the bathroom wherever they please, in this case, that happened to be right next to my truck. Overall, great trip and we hope to be back very soon. Thanks again for everything!"Guest: Chad N. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 19, 2014View listing
"We stayed at Dune Fine for Spring Break this year and had a wonderful time. We have been to Cape San Blas many times, and this house offers a perfect beach location, heated pool, great views, a very short walk to the beach, and a clean and comfortable house. We saw the previous review about construction, but it seems that the worst of the construction is over. We experienced no construction noise or interference. The house-under-construction is almost complete, so they must be working on interior finish work now."Guest: murf Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 25, 2014View listing
"Had a beautiful week here in Cape San Blas. The home was quite comfortable for all 9 of us and we had a great time. 3 level home with good size bedrooms and large master bedroom! Kitchen is very nice and has everything you might need. We ate all our meals right here at the house, which was nice. Make sure to do your grocery shopping in Port St. Joe before heading to the Cape! Tennis courts are great and 2 nice size pools in the community. But be aware that the pools are not heated, so the water is a bit chilly (during Spring months) - I was under the impression that one of the pools was solar heated (but it was not in service while we were here). Being near the state park and bike trail is a huge plus ...... so be sure to bring your bicycles!!! Beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely beautiful. White sand goes on forever and is not busy at all. I would certainly recommend this home and I think any family would enjoy it."Guest: Randy H.
