  • Excellent Choice

"If you are looking for a very comfortable, very affordable, very quiet, very family friendly condo on the sugar white beaches of Florida's emerald coast, then look no further!! This condo had everything we needed and more. Very spacious unit on the 5th floor! Huge patio! Huge beachside pool! Great restaurants within a mile or 2! This was a very satisfying and relaxing stay for our family with 3 small kids. We loved it!!"

  • Simply Wonderful

"First off, loved the parking spot. Right by the door to the elevators. Perfect! The unit was super clean and ready to be enjoyed for a perfect vacation. The view from the condo was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. While we didn't use the bunk bed room, I thought it was a little more spacious than I was expecting. Not huge, but big enough for kids to get in and out of bed and not be in a hallway, like many beach condos. I was worried about the noise level, but I could only hear other guests when they were out on their balconies and us on ours or we were down at the pool. The pools are small and I guess could get crowded during the peak times, but it was fine for us. We had our baby with us and didn't need a huge pool. Who needs that when you have the beautiful ocean to swim in, just a few more steps away? The only 2 things I think the condo need are pot holders. We used the oven and didn't have a way to get hot pans out of it. Also, I would love a larger table on the balcony to be able to eat meals out there while I enjoy the gorgeous views. Loved the beach service. The guy was friendly and accommodating. When we got to the beach, he was usually right there to set up our umbrella and chairs, if all the ones he set up were already taken, or else he would show us where the available ones were. If you want to be where all the action and traffic is, then Okaloosa Island might not be the place for you. The island is quiet and not as much traffic. It is only a short drive over the bridger and you are where all the touristy traps and action are. We will definitely stay here when we come back next year."
