  • Excellent!

"My family stayed here for 10 days. It was a great condo and perfect for us. Very clean, quiet and convenient location. The parking if plentiful. No spot is too far. This unit is second floor and we all felt it was the BEST location. Close to the elevator but not too close and right by steps. We loved the extra touches the maid service gave while making sure it was immaculate. We will definitely be back. These owners made sure to make every thing you might need readily available. Tha nk you for sharing!"

  • Beautiful Corner Unit, Fabulous view!

"A quick, last minute hunt for a beachfront unit brought me to the listing for 205 as well as another unit on the 5th floor at Summerlin. Although the other unit was actually priced a little lower, I decided to book 205 based on the bright, cheerful look and the fact it is a corner unit, thus offering even more fantastic gulf views. I am VERY happy I made that decision! The unit was clean, bright, cheerful and had all the amenities one could ask for. (The only one small upset was that there was no additional roll of TP in the master bath) We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim in the gulf and just laying on the white sand beach. The sunsets were beautiful and we even watched a wedding take place on the beach. Next trip down we will be sure to try and stay in this unit again!"

  • Jan

"We spent the week at this condo. Great location, price, and unit had everything you needed and more. Lots of beach toys and the beach chairs were a great bonus! Wished the chairs had a small table too, but they were fine. The owners were great!"

  • A Home Away From Home

"This was our first time in this part of Florida and didn't know what to expect from the resort other than knowing there were white sand beaches nearby. We normally rent beach homes and this was our first time renting a condo. While there was initially some hesitancy at not staying at a beach house, it was quickly dismissed as soon as we checked in. The condo has a fantastic view of the bay from the balcony which gave us many breathtaking sunsets - the other plus of the balcony is that we were able to keep an eye on the kids from the condo while they enjoyed themselves in the lazy river. The lazy river was such an unexpected surprise - it was the perfect refresher after spending the day at the beach. We loved that the resort had BBQ grills nearby and that allowed the kids to stay in the pool while we grilled dinner. We can't say enough good things about the condo itself. It truly made us feel at home we were able to enjoy the spaciousness of it. It was fully equipped with all of the amenities and we never lacked anything whether it was for cooking, relaxing on the balcony, on the beach or just around the room. We truly enjoyed walking to the beach and spending our days there. Perhaps my favorite thing, which was completely unexpected, was the fact that we had reserved chairs and an umbrella everyday of our stay. We had our spot on the beach awaiting us every morning and afternoon. It was such a great family-friendly environment that we made friends both around the grills and the pool. Our kids felt incredibly comfortably and that the pool was open until 11pm was a huge bonus. The resort is very centrally located and we were able to buy groceries and fresh fish from nearby locations. Perhaps the best review for this condo was the fact that we hadn't finished our vacation and our kids were already begging us to come back next Summer, and the next and the next... It truly felt like home."
