"Unbelievable beach view! Just what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and spacious condo with great views, and easy access from parking lot. My husband has told everyone about this great Condo. The views are spectacular from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Master bedroom was huge and did I mention the ocean view? We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private patio. Great first floor location - condo is elevated so the view is unobstructed. Parking was just feet from our door. Didn't have to hassle with the stairs or elevator. Easy and quick access to the beach. Great restaurants near by. I highly recommend this property for a beautiful, relaxing, beach vacation! You can not have a better view, convenient location and quiet, relaxing place! We WILL definitely return. Mo was very easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your condo with us last week!"

"My family and I loved this condo. We have rented this condo before because of the beautiful decor, cleanliness and gorgeous views. It is on the top floor and at the end so the windows on the side of the condo were great for extra natural light. Because it's at the end, there is a little more room at the entrance of the condo. We will definitely rent again and can't wait to go back."

"We're somewhat familiar with the area being we're rented a house in Destin a couple of times. But this time it was going to be just the immediate family, I'm so glad one we choose Okaloosa Island, not nearly as congested as Destin. And two, this unit was perfect for a quiet family getaway. Only having 9 units in this building, there was never any wait for the elevator or the pool being crowded. The unit itself was perfect, very well kept, clean, and exceptional views! We will definitely be back."

"This condo isn't the fanciest, most updated place on Okaloosa Island, but all the stuff that needs to work works, the price is right, and the location is perfect for a family with younger kids. When I travel I 1)don't want to cross streets or drive to the beach, 2)require a washer and dryer in-house, and 3)need wifi so I can work while my family plays. This place had all those things, and as an added bonus you get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella per day per condo, which was a great place to read while my kids built sand castles. Don't forget to tip the cabana guy and rent a kayak!
This complex was wonderful. Everyone who worked there did a great job of maintaining and keeping it clean. The pool was heated, which was great since it was still pretty cool on spring break, and they cleaned it every day. There was no covered parking for renters, which I could see being a problem when it's really hot.
The beach was beautiful and sugary white and the water was turquoise. There aren't many shells because apparently they get caught on the sand bar. Good for your feet, bad for your collection.
We loved Stewby's for a cheap seafood dinner with no frills. For the same with frills we recommend High Tide. For a great breakfast check out The Donut Hole in Destin.
This was a great area for families. Although there are not one but two strip clubs on the island, I never at any point saw or heard any rowdiness that would indicate anything other than vacationing families. The island is small and there's a National Park on one side, so as narrow as it is there's not much room for it to get crowded. And it's the perfect location to drive into Fort Walton Beach or Destin, both of which have plenty to do.
My youngest son developed a terrible cough, which I discovered was because there were paint cans stored in the closet in his bedroom. I would recommend removing those for anyone who has breathing issues. There were a few things broken here and there and the place shows some age, but nothing that really affected how much we enjoyed our stay. If you want to hang out in a fancy place, don't do it at the beach! :)
This place has all the basics and the location is amazing. Looking forward to trying it out again when the kids are a little older!"
