  • Stayed a month. Loved it

"I really enjoyed the condo. Very large, well laid out. Big Master Bed and Bath. The Bay view was incredible. A easy trip to Destin for meals, and an easy trip to FWB Beach as well. It was cold there in November and December. If your visiting in the winter, consider a space heater, the Master Bed and Bath don't heat up real well. The Hot Tub is Great, the Work Out Room is very well set up."

  • Wonderful vacation!!!

"We (3 couples) were in Fort Walton Beach for our friends getting married on the beach! Having 3 bedrooms with our own private restroom was great! We loved the condo. The beach view can be seen from several areas. The large balcony was perfect for us to sit out on and relax. We loved having a corner unit. We were not able to use the parking space due to our van being too tall, but the space was right there by the entrance to the steps. It would have been nice to have pot holders and a blender in the condo. Our friends that got married were at a condo complex 2 down from us (Sea Oats). After the wedding they rented the banquet room there to have a small reception and dinner. We had to bake macaroni & cheese and baked beans to take to the dinner. There were not any pot holders in the condo. We were able to buy some and we managed!!! I would definitely rent this condo again if the 6 of us go back to this area. P.S. I took a ton of pictures of the wedding and wedding party for the bride. My main camera battery died on me and I plugged in that evening when we returned to the condo. We were up at daylight the next morning and even though I plugged the battery charger in right by the suitcase, I forgot to grab the charger/battery out of the outlet. I realized that night as I was unpacking so, I emailed David and Paula immediately and told them exactly where I had left it. Housekeeping didn't report seeing it, but it was small and plugged in the outlet. So, they called the new guests that were there and yes, it was right where I said it was. David and Paula were kind enough to get the charger & battery and mail them back to me! They charged me a small fee and was able to take it off my deposit. Yes, I did see my deposit credit is on my credit card today and we have been home exactly one week! Thanks for everything and thanks for sharing your condo."

  • Very Enjoyable and Relaxing Time (2 years in a row)

"This was our second year staying in this unit over Fall Break. We considered looking at other places but knew it would be hard to beat Waterscape. We affirmed our choice to return when we ran into some folks we know who stayed at Waterscape last year but stayed down the road at another complex this year. They said they had wished they'd went back to Waterscape. Our kids (ages 13, 10, 7) loved the pool area. We'd spend the morning on the beach (note: get down there early if you want chairs closest to the shore line), head to the unit to eat lunch and then spend the afternoon at the pool. We spent most of our time in the upper pool because it was heated and more comfortable then the lower pool area. The unit had plenty of space for sleeping arrangements, the equipped kitchen made it convenient to cook meals and there was plenty of room to relax. Personally I enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching the waves and drinking coffee. It may seem small, but this unit had a key pad lock rather then a swipe card. It meant we didn't have to worry about where the key card was, who had it or accidentally loosing it or locking it in the unit. In addition, our kids memorized the code and could let themselves in if they needed to head up to the room while we were at the pool. Windfall property management was easy to work with and made the reservation process a breeze. This is a recommended stay."
