  • Excellent!

"My family stayed here for 10 days. It was a great condo and perfect for us. Very clean, quiet and convenient location. The parking if plentiful. No spot is too far. This unit is second floor and we all felt it was the BEST location. Close to the elevator but not too close and right by steps. We loved the extra touches the maid service gave while making sure it was immaculate. We will definitely be back. These owners made sure to make every thing you might need readily available. Tha nk you for sharing!"

  • Last Minute Trip

"The condo was very lovely and plenty had plenty if space for out family of 6. The first floor unit had a great view of the gulf. The kitchen was absolute fabulous to cook in. The master bathroom is luxurious and you can spend hours relaxing in it. The beach access was easy and beach service was friendly. I would stay here again for sure. The only two minor issues: 1) The pool is tiny and doesn't accommodate anywhere near the number of people staying at the complex. To say the Pool needs expanding is an understatement. 2) The bath towels in the unit need upgrading. Overall the place is beautiful and great for families. Can't wait to go back."

  • LOVE THE BEACH

"This is an awesome place to stay. The Beach is beautiful. The condo is so clean and very well furnished. The view is perfect and the complimentary beach chairs & umbrella are a real bonus. We love the stairs for fast & easy access to the beach. This is the second year in a row to stay in this condo and Linda is a pleasure to work with and helpful with any questions. Cannot wait for next year!!! Thank You!!"

  • Best view on the beach!

"This was our fourth stay at The Palms with Bob this year. We have found our home away from home. The beach is beautiful year round and the view from the big balcony on the 4th floor can not be beat. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there is covered parking. There is plenty of room for a larger family. It takes only a few minutes to get to Destin from Ft. Walton but we have found plenty to do close by. The owner is so kind and helpful. We have traveled up and down the coast in search the perfect vacation spot and have finally found it."
