  • First, But Not Last, Visit to Destin

"We had an excellent visit! Everything from the initial contact with the owner to the final text when departing went very smoothly. The condo was wonderful--large, clean with wonderful views of the bay! The porch was my place for morning coffee! The lazy river and hot tub at the complex were great, but the highlight of the trip was the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Highly recommend this condo and owner! Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We hope to do it again in the future!"

  • fantastic

"I'm always a little leery of booking stuff online because you just never know. I can honestly say we were not disappointed in this. The condo itself was very nice with a gorgeous view from the room. It does sit right on the beach and we spent the entire stay with the patio door open. The place was clean with a large kitchen. Seating was comfortable and there was reasonably comfortable patio furniture. The only real gripe we had was that the bed in the master is insanely hard with little padding in the top of the mattress... you couldn't feel springs but it wasn't comfortable. Also, bring your own pillows. The ones there are flat as pancakes. The twin beds squeaked a lot per my friend who slept in them but were a bit more comfortable than the king. Also, there isn't a pot holder to be found. Not something I generally take on vacation with me. Otherwise, we were very pleased with this condo and would gladly book it again."

  • Great place for a beach vacation!!

"We stayed for a week (10/4/14-10/11/14) in this condo. The pictures on the website are extremely accurate and the size of the place is wonderful. It was very clean and well kept. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning, eating breakfast and watching the ocean. The view is superb. The pools were very clean and never crowded. We actually saw the pool guy cleaning the pools and deck each morning! The elevators are fast and parking is great, not crowded at all. The beach service guy was extremely nice and set us up right by the water each day. The condo complex is small so the beach was not crowded at all. When making the condo reservations, Allan was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. The pier, several restaurants, surf shops and a convenience store are all within easy walking distance. Publix is right across the bridge. I would definitlely recommend this condo and we will rent again when returning to the area."
