  • Great condo, not the view we expected.

"This is a great condo, and we had a great week at the beach spending it in this condo. It is actually bigger than I expected from the pictures. It also looks like it has been recently renovated. The outside of the building is a little run down, but I guess it's an older building. The only things I was disappointed with were that the master bathroom is tiny, and the condo is not directly on the beach, but separated by the parking lot and a vacant lot. The picture on the website makes it seem like you're right on the beach. It's still a great view from inside the condo, but when you go on the balcony you are looking at the parking lot with a work truck that looks like it's been sitting there a long time with a bunch of clutter around it. I normally like to be directly on the beach, and probably wouldn't have rented this unit knowing where it was located. Also there isn't really a lot of room in the balcony to sit and eat, too much random furniture and a very small table."

  • Been back to this unit four times!

"This unit has become our home on Ft. Walton Beach. We typically make trips in April and October for a beach volleyball tournament. There is something to be said for knowing exactly what you're getting: 1. Clean unit and property. Nicely decorated, feels like home. 2. An abundance of clean towels (bath and beach) and linens. 3. Kitchen well appointed with lots of cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. (Fed 6-8 people at every meal. Always enough dishware.) 4. Two large bathrooms. 5. Nice balcony, partial view of the ocean. (Our days are full-time beach, so we're OK that the view isn't panoramic.) 6. A large washer and dryer in the unit. 7. Every appliance you'll need and all in working order. 8. No surprises in the rental agreement. Kim and company always deliver great service. We are very comfortable at this property and we'll be back in October!"
