  • Awesome Location

"We enjoyed staying in this lovely condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It is very spacious and the extra bunk room is great for kids. The second bedroom connects to the bathroom which our guests loved, it was like they had their own private bath like the master. The view from the 3rd floor is great and its right above the pool. The condo is right near elevator so it was easy to come and go with small kids and a stroller, also a short walk to pool and beach. I highly recommend to others, and we will be back next year for sure"

"My family and i have a great vacation in Florida. The condo has great views and is very tastefully decorated. My two teenage boys love the fact that they could talk to all the girls at the shower that is right below the balcony. Kim is a very pleasant woman to work with. We will rent from her the next time we are on vacation in Florida."

"We all really enjoyed this condo! There was plenty of room and all enjoyed the 32 ft balcony! The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, silverware, cooking pans and small appliances. It was nice to have washer and dryer to keep clothes and towels clean. The beach chairs being included was a welcome extra! The towels were so nice and having extra beach toys for the kids was great! The beds were very comfortable except for the bunk beds (these need to be updated). The condo was very quiet and close to several dining places. The owner was always helpful with any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again and again."
