  • 2nd Time Around

"This was out 2nd time renting this home and found it just as clean and comfortable as before. The month of October is a beautiful time to visit, only two rainy days and most days in the 80's. We brought our golf cart and enjoyed many trips to the beach for fishing or just watching the many birds. Fishing was much better on the lagoon side where mullet and flounder were netted and also bait fish to use catching red fish and trout. We didn't even go into the beautiful town of Port St. Joe for meals as the waters provided a bounty of delicious meals. Janna and Bob are the best and always close by, but not imposing. Thanks for the ramp extension----made easier travel for my wheelchair to enter and exit by. The screened in porch is a must to use for reading and listening to the many birds. Even saw 2 eagles squabbling over a fish one of them had caught. The neighbors are just great and even brought us a meal of smoked mackerel for our lunch. We enjoy coming to this part of Florida, so peaceful and beautiful and the Club House is just perfect for us to rent. If you like to just relax and enjoy nature and meet great people, you should give it a try. Daryl and Judy Daryl and Judy"

  • Perfect Get Away!!

"We rented Lagoon To Sea for a family vacation for our family of 6 (plus our dog). The house is located on a quiet street and a short walk to a private beach. We could hear the ocean from the wrap around screened porch(which was great because the black flies BITE!! bring your insect repellant!) We had many nights on the beach watching the sunset all by ourselves. We fished, made bonfires, grilled out, went exploring, read, talked, and laughed... We were a little disappointed at first that there is no access to the lagoon from the back yard, but the view is pretty and we just spent our time on the beach. We brought two kayaks and we paddled in the ocean and to the nearby St. Vincent Wildlife Refuge. Very easy to get to and worth the trip. Leslie was great to work with and came right over when we had a small problem with a smoke detector. She was very helpful and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The house is extremely comfortable and we did not feel crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in most of the time. I recommend a trip to Indian Pass Oyster Bar, though. It was our only "night out" and we had a ball. We will DEFINITELY return to this slice of heaven. Thank you, Leslie, for a vacation that we will always remember. We hope to visit again soon!!"

  • Magical Vacation and Celebration

"We hesitate to write a review because some things should stay a secret and this hidden jewel on the Forgotten Coast is one of them. We celebrated 30 years of marriage at Rejuvenation and it was everything you could ask for. Private, cozy, secluded, but just a short drive to amazing food and fun. The stars are right there for the viewing at night and the beach, ocean, island and birds to entertain you during the day. Geri and Jim sure know what they are doing as caretakers of this gorgeous spot. Beautiful, comfortable home with awesome views along with the loving care that is obvious as soon as you open the door, you feel right at your beach home. We hope it is available for our next vacation...so let's keep this one a secret! Thank you to our wonderful host and hostess for your thoughtful hospitality. The world needs more of the two of you around. So, we can't keep the two of you a secret...we tell everyone about the great new friends we found in Gulf County, Florida. Thank you for Rejuvenation!"

  • Had a great week! :)

"We had a great week at Indian Pass in Seaside Shelter. The house is much roomier in person than the images show and the location is absolutely fabulous if you want a quiet, nature filled beach week. We especially loved the screened porch with many new chairs available. It is very close to the Indian Pass Raw Bar & the shuttle to St Vincents Island. We saw dolphins playing several days & saw rays up near the point just west of the beach at the house. We found many seashells and sand dollars & just really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Managment: The water went out on Sunday and the management company responded very quickly to get it repaired. The elevator was out of order while we were there, but we didn't really need it anyway, so we didn't press the management company to correct that - I feel sure they would have handled the problem if we had a handicapped person who required it - they were very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, a great vacation in a great place - we would return in a heartbeat! :) Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach house with us!"
