  • Beautifully Decorated!

"Our family had such a wonderful time at Seahorse Summer! The house is 5 star and includes everything you could wish for: utensils, pots and pans - everything. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Everything is high end and high quality. The decor is out of this world, the owner must be an interior designer!! The house is huge, you never feel like you are crowded and it is spotlessly clean. For us, the location was great as we are familiar with the area. We would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this fabulous home. We hope to be back, and we will recommend to our friends!"

  • Magical Vacation and Celebration

"We hesitate to write a review because some things should stay a secret and this hidden jewel on the Forgotten Coast is one of them. We celebrated 30 years of marriage at Rejuvenation and it was everything you could ask for. Private, cozy, secluded, but just a short drive to amazing food and fun. The stars are right there for the viewing at night and the beach, ocean, island and birds to entertain you during the day. Geri and Jim sure know what they are doing as caretakers of this gorgeous spot. Beautiful, comfortable home with awesome views along with the loving care that is obvious as soon as you open the door, you feel right at your beach home. We hope it is available for our next vacation...so let's keep this one a secret! Thank you to our wonderful host and hostess for your thoughtful hospitality. The world needs more of the two of you around. So, we can't keep the two of you a secret...we tell everyone about the great new friends we found in Gulf County, Florida. Thank you for Rejuvenation!"

"We enjoyed so much being in this rental. Absolutely perfect with the front porch and the morning walks on the beach. I feel like we found a treasure among all treasures to find an affordable, clean, and wonderful destination. Thank you Linda for being such a great hostess and sharing your beach home with us!"

  • Gufenauf

"My husband and I came to Indian Pass for our honeymoon, and we are still having a hard time adjusting to the reality of being back home! This place is awesome and ended up being so much more than we expected. It's not your typical beach trip filled with souvenir shops and sky-rise hotels. The beach is about 100 yards from the house, and we were able to leave our chairs and umbrella there all week without them being disturbed. It's like having your own little slice of heaven. The Gufenauf has everything you could need except for food and has definitely been well maintained. We felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. This beach is awesome for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area in general is great for people who love to explore nature. We visited St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and went into the Wilderness Preserve area. On the Gulf side, there are dunes as tall as buildings, huge waves (for the Gulf), pristine white, powdery sand, and no people for miles in either direction. On the other side is the bay that literally looks as blue and clear as the Caribbean. We also rented a tandem kayak from Happy Ours and paddled around in the bay one day. We saw all kinds of critters - stingrays, starfish, turtles. The best part, though, was finding out that the fins we saw in the water were nurse sharks who are coming into the shallow waters of the bay to mate. (On a side-note, I thought they were dolphins and insisted that we stalk them the whole time. It wasn't until we were finished that I found out they were sharks. And that they won't bother you.) If you love to fish, this is definitely the place for you. My husband fished off the beach near the house and was constantly catching something. The area offers all kinds of fishing charters. We saw a lot of people snorkeling/scalloping - something we wish we had done. We had some of the best food in our lives while we were there. Of course we recommend the Raw Bar - probably one of the coolest atmospheres we've experienced. We also recommend Triple Tails which is on the way to Port St. Joe and Joe Mama's Wood Fired Pizza and Pepper's (Mexican food) in downtown Port St. Joe. We really wanted to rent a golf cart, but unfortunately there weren't any available until the following week. So, if this is something you're interested in, call ahead of your stay! I could go on for days about how much we loved this trip. When can we come back!? :)"
