"We love our time sent at Indian Pass. Its peaceful, beautiful, friendly, and quiet. The house is comfortable for vacation and very attractive. We feel right at home and are returning again next year. There is plenty to do with the beach less than a ten minute walk and the dock at the end of the owner's driveway. The beach is beautiful, a good place to walk, shell, or fish. There are plenty of good restaurants, fun shopping, and plenty to do in the nearby towns. Also nearby are lighthouses, the Estuary, fishing boats, house tours, the Marine Specimen Reserve, museums, island tours, etc. With two bedrooms and a pullout couch we have had friends come and visit for a week and next year plan on having our family come over spring break. The owners are very friendly (as are most people at Indian Pass) and do whatever they can to make your stay a great one."

"We had a great week at Indian Pass in Seaside Shelter. The house is much roomier in person than the images show and the location is absolutely fabulous if you want a quiet, nature filled beach week. We especially loved the screened porch with many new chairs available.
It is very close to the Indian Pass Raw Bar & the shuttle to St Vincents Island. We saw dolphins playing several days & saw rays up near the point just west of the beach at the house. We found many seashells and sand dollars & just really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.
Managment: The water went out on Sunday and the management company responded very quickly to get it repaired. The elevator was out of order while we were there, but we didn't really need it anyway, so we didn't press the management company to correct that - I feel sure they would have handled the problem if we had a handicapped person who required it - they were very responsive and easy to deal with.
Overall, a great vacation in a great place - we would return in a heartbeat! :) Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach house with us!"

"Wow, we just got back from a wonderful week in Indian Pass! The house was well equipped and perfect for a large group, we had 6 adults and 5 kids and at no time did we feel crowded. This house is big, the pictures do not really do it justice and the view is amazing!! This is probably the best beach house we have ever stayed in as far as convenience, pool right next door and gorgeous aerial view. We highly recommend it! The kitchen had everything you could think of which is a plus for us because we cooked quite a bit. But if you want to get some great no frills seafood the Indian Pass Raw Bar is right up the street and definitely worth the wait, it's kind of a hole in the wall but it's definitely a unique and laid back experience. Everyone in our group said they would come back to the Tipsy Turtle!"
