"The house and outside decks were very nice.It had what we were looking for and are very glad that you rented your house to us.I loved that it was in a quiet community with nice neighbors. It was only a short walk to the sound or the beach which we loved. Across the island was the mainland which you could find anything you wanted. We felt very safe with all the air force bases around and it wasn't noisy at all."

"This was our second visit to Navarre Beach, and the first time at one of Terri's properties. It was a wonderful experience! The rental was actually roomier than I expected, and very nicely set up; it had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. The patio was perfect for quietly enjoying the end of the day. We really enjoyed grilling and eating our evening meals out there, with the sights and sounds of the ocean making it something special. We were just steps from the beach, and the easy access was a nice perk. My husband and I could go out early morning, break for lunch and a cool-down, then go back without any added work. Our beach was not at all crowded and felt more like a "private beach", than a place open to the public! "Gone to the Beach" was a perfect little hide-away from the real world, and we hated to leave. I hope Terri will rent to us again!!!"

"Our family has vacationed in Destin the last several years but because of traffic and crowds at ALL restaurants we decided to go to Navarre Beach instead. It was a great decision, the beach was family friendly, the location of condo was perfect and everyone respected everyone else's place and property. We will certainly return next year."

"Location is everything and this condo is located in the right spot. The condo itself had everything one needs to have a great family vacation - pictures on the website don't do it justice. The balcony is huge and having a dinner for 6 out there is easy and fun. The view from the balcony is amazing too, parts of the day its all in the shade, parts of the day it has some sun. The master suite is very nice and separated from the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room with 6 people. All of the beds were nice but bring your own down pillow if you don't like poly fill. The condo has a very nice BBQ area for cooking - but be sure to grab a grill early as they fill up fast! Pool is large and well kept, kids loved it. Kitchen has just about anything you need to cook with.
A short walk to the beach and you are sitting on Florida's finest white sand and looking at emerald green water. We didn't like the way the Beach Colony Resort (and this is no fault of this individual condo owner) took a long string of the beach for their umbrellas (and what they charge for them!), but if you get up early enough (i.e. before 6:00 am), you can secure a water front spot of your own to the east of the Beach Colony chairs. The pier is a short walk and a great place for family fun even if you don't fish. The kids caught tons of bait fish and even hooked several large fish that eventually cut the line. Lots of fun fishing!
Lots of fun stuff to do nearby including the jets and waterpark just over the bridge. Nature watching all over the place including the nesting birds along the causeway. Want to get away from the kids for a bit, you can walk down to one of two Tiki Hut bars for a drink, or two. Great spots for picture taking as well on any of the sand dunes just to the west, past the developed area. If you are up to it, there is a great man made reef to the east of the pier that is just a short walk from the pier. A short swim out, but flippers are required to overcome the tide!!
The owners of this condo were extremely helpful and communicated back and forth faster than most owners do - this is very important in renting something you've never stepped foot in before. Would definitely come back. Great vacation spot!!!"
