"Our spring break stay in this condo was heavenly! We loved the 13th floor view in this beautiful, well appointed unit. We especially appreciated the hassle free keyless entry to the unit...no keeping track of keys! The full sized laundry room in the unit was a huge plus. Both bedrooms had comfortable matresses. The heated pools and hot tubs are a must have for our family. There was always availability of lounge chairs poolside and plenty of room in the pools and hot tubs. My son and husband loved the unit location so near to the fishing pier for their daily fishing and the entertainment of watching the fishermen bring in the catch of the day. The beauty of the surrounding beaches is amazing. We visited the National Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, fished on a charter boat out of Destin Harbor, dined at McGiuires Irish Pub and Peg Leg Petes...all highly recommended and within easy driving distances of the condo. We hope to return to this wonderful condo soon and relive the perfect experience of walking on the magnificent, unspoiled, powder white sandy beaches of Navarre."

"I have stayed in numerous condos in Navarre Beach over the past 15 years. We really appreciated all the extras that this unit offers: Books, Movies, hair dryers, beach chairs, and my grandson loved the beach toys. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were friendly, helpful and very prompt with communications. My sister, daughter, grandson and I all had a great time! Thank you!!"

"This was our 2nd winter in this condo. We really enjoy this unit, the kitchen has every we needed, there is always plenty of hot water and we love the view. The unit is always spotless when we arrive and the the pool area and grounds are very well maintained. The owner is great to work with and stays in contact to see if you have any needs. We love the area as it has every thing we are looking for during our winter stay. The people at the front desk are very helpful and willing answer any questions you may have.."

"Booyah!! This place right now is really a steal. We came down to get an end of sunny season window in. The additional discounts (20%) are due to work being done on the high rise building. It precludes the use of the swimming pool area and the individual apartment decks as they have pulled the rails and are prepping for painting. Temps are too cold to use the pool in our view and the view is BETTER from the condo without the rails! This condo is on the right floor just above the pier level as views are not obstructed and the pier is visually appealing. Pier is the largest on the gulf. We just had a great time. Lagerheads Bar is a great bar within walking distance. The beaches are sandwiched with a Marine Park (east) and Gulf Islands National Seashore (west). Bike lane out to the edge of Opal Beach. Over the bridge we loved TC's Front Porch (great breakfast) and JJ Chago's plus Shrimp Basket (owner supplied $25 coupon!). The beach is wonderful! The condo was nice. We loved the large screen TV as we watched the Bama Miss State game (HD) on Saturday. There was not anything we were wanting that was not supplied. We used our own beach chairs so we did not use those owner supplied but the concept of being able to take chairs/umbrella anywhere on the beach is such an advantage. We wanted more privacy so we went down the beach (east) to the Marine Park. We rode up to Blackwater River State Park (Milton FL) just north on one day and will return to kayak/canoe on subsequent trip. Just so enjoyable!"
