  • Good times...

"We have been to Navarre several times and this condo is by far the best. The condo is clean and neat and the owners are excellent hosts. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends. Thanks again for making our stay a good one!"

  • Awesome Condo!

"The condo was more than we expected. Lots of room and each bedroom had its own bath. The condo is in excellent condition and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location close to the causeway made getting around easy. The national seashore between Navarre and Pensacola is worth the drive. This location and the amenities truly make this the best condo on the beach!"

  • Great Spring Break Trip!

"Great condo! The place was very clean and the king size bed was sooo comfortable!! The view is just amazing. This was our first visit to Navarre and Kellie was so helpful to work with and very quick about emailing me back with any questions we had. Another perk was having the two chairs and umbrella included. That actually is my only complaint with the week... the people who managed the umbrella and chairs were very unpleasant. We went down our first morning at 7am to reserve our umbrellas, and apparently it's set up that they reserve "front row" seating for people who arrive earlier in the week, so if you're like us and arrive on a Wednesday then there are lots of other people whose names are on the list for the front row spots ahead of you. Apparently this is only an issue in peak seasons, but it was still frustrating having to have your view obstructed by other umbrellas, even though some of the "reserved" chairs/umbrella were never even occupied the entire day. I personally think it should be a day to day reservation- first come first served, not by the week. I hesitate to write this because our condo was awesome and so was Kellie, and I would most definitely stay again, I'd probably just bring my own umbrella and chairs and try to not even deal with the rental service."

  • Winter Retreat

"We were looking for a Condo on the Emerald Coast, what we found was a real gem at the Pearl. We loved that we could see the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed many sunrise and sunsets. The Condo was clean and met all of our expectations. Every activity and shopping experience was close and allowed us to enjoy the whole area. We also got to see a 10 foot Mako shark caught at the Pier, and took pictures with it. Thank you Pete for sharing your condo. We have already booked for next Winter. We can't wait to return, reconnect with all the nice fellow Pearl guests, and again enjoy the beach and heated pool. We really like the quiet environment."

Navarre Beach Travel Tips

The unincorporated community of Navarre Beach is located on the barrier island of Santa Rosa Island in the Gulf of Mexico. Pensacola Beach is nearby, as is the Gulf Islands National Seashore, a spot that offers recreation for visitors and preserves the historic resources along the Gulf.

Navarre Beach Attractions

The beach is of course the top attraction in Navarre Beach. There are pristine white sand beaches considered some of the best in the country. As you arrive in Navarre Beach and cross the Navarre Bridge, you'll see the crystal, glistening waters and sand that will have you wanting to jump out of the car and run toward the beach. The Gulf Islands National Seashore will leave you gazing in awe as you explore the undeveloped shoreline that is the longest continuous stretch of protected coastline in Northwest Florida.

Head 27 miles north up State Route 87 to Milton where you'll find the Blackwater Heritage State Trail and Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center. The Blackwater Heritage State Trail extends for more than 9 miles and sends visitors through a small town and into the Florida countryside. The entire family will enjoy river and zip adventures as well as kayaking, canoeing and tubing at Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center.

Things to Do in Navarre Beach

- Water Sports: Fishing is popular in Navarre Beach as the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico attract plenty of fish. Opt for a ride on Lucky Chuck Charters for some deep water fishing anywhere in the surrounding area such as Destin, Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola.

- Gulf Breeze Zoo: Venture over to Gulf Breeze and visit the zoo with the family. Kids will love the farm where they'll get to feed treats and play with baby goats, kunekune pigs and guinea pigs. The highlight of the trip to the Gulf Breeze Zoo will certainly be feeding giraffes Gabby, Geronimo and Kenya. Everyone will love the Safari Line Limited Train Ride that travels through a 30 acres of free range preservation featuring gorillas, chimpanzees and hippos. If you opt to view the wildlife preserve via the boardwalk, you'll get to see other animals including the zebra, deer, antelope and rhino.
