  • AMAZING!!!

"I can't say enough good things about this condo or this trip. We travel quite a bit and we all agreed that this was the nicest place we had ever stayed. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We felt right at home and hated to leave!! Owners were wonderful to work with and communication was excellent. Thank you Mike and Peggy. We will be back soon.... I hope!"

  • Great place near the water!

"We came with our 2 little boys and it was perfect! The master bedroom was big and roomy, complete with a king size bed that was really comfortable! The location near the Sound was perfect. Just a short walk, and we spent hours playing and relaxing in the shallow, calm water. Close to many great restaurants, but has everything you need for a true home away from home!"

  • Best Condo on Pensacola Beach!!!

"If you are looking for a condo to stay in for your Pensacola Beach vacation, look no further than this tastefully decorated Beach Club gem! The central location is conveniently perfect--dining, shopping and nightlife are all within a comfortable walking distance so no worries about driving and parking. The beautiful white sands and emerald waters are also steps away from the condo. Being on the upper level, this 19th floor condo offers breathtaking and unrivaled views which you can enjoy while on the spacious balcony. You can also appreciate the beauty of the beach when exercising in the state-of-the-art fitness room. This unit is well-appointed and the kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials to afford the option of dining in. My family and I look forward to returning to this lovely condo year after year for our picture-perfect vacation!"

  • Super Spring Break for our Family!

"Let me say, that really, I would give it 4 1/2 stars, but couldn't figure out how to do that! :) We booked this condo because A) it was in a low-rise complex, B) we had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony, kitchen, and bedroom (even though the view is not a frontal view), and C) the price wasn't astronomical. Surprisingly, the complex was only about 1/2 full (could tell by the number of cars there), which made noise levels perfect for our family! My husband and I could tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating, which though wasn't super important to us, definitely made our stay very pleasant. Things we liked: well-stocked kitchen (only thing lacking was perhaps a meat thermometer for grilling and some empty containers for leftovers), washer/dryer combo (a must for beach towels and swimsuits!), clean pool (cold to me, but my kids didn't seem to mind), air conditioning, starter consumables (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, and paper towels), ice maker in freezer, master bathroom with separate shower room, electric grill on patio, nice patio furniture, and beach chairs/umbrella since we forgot to pack ours! Kids (6 and 7) loved the small box of kid toys as well. A few things that would make this a 5-star condo (in our opinion). First of all, the gate code instructions need updating. It took us two different attempts of trying to open the coded gate with the provided code before two nice children advised us we needed to push C before the code. You can't access the beach or pool without knowing the code. A dish drainer would have been welcome. Some of the melamine plates wouldn't fit in the top rack and needed to be hand washed. An extra dishtowel or two would be great too! The condo association could think about the following: timing of the sprinklers in the morning, an association complex recycling bin, (we had a lot of empty water and soda bottles that we weren't sure what to do with), and a restroom by the pool. That's just constructive criticism. We had a very pleasant stay and were bummed when we left yesterday. We would consider coming back to this unit, and we haven't said that about any VRBO to date! Keep in mind, we aren't fancy people and this unit fit our family of 4 perfectly! We recommend Peg Leg Pete's, Key Sailing, and Fort Pickens while here, as well as the Naval Aviation Museum and viewing the Blue Angels practice (if possible!). Thanks to the owners for a fun week!"
