  • Charming and Private!

"This condo was adorable and the owner paid attention to detail in decorating. King size bed was extremely comfortable with high thread count sheets. Towels were fluffy and the owner even provided a plush bathrobe for my use. These were touches you don't usually get in a rental. Condo was spotless! Location was perfect, only 800ft. to the popular hangout, The Flora-Bama Lounge. The condo was waterfront and the view of Ole River, an Intercoastal waterway, and Ono Island was spectacular. My husband and I enjoyed all the boat action on the River. There are boat slips out back if you bring your boat or boats can be rented. The dolphins swam by our dock twice a day everyday. The only negatives were that the stairs were difficult for us Seniors to negotiate. The bathrooms were tiny but clean, clean, clean! We thoroughly enjoyed Tacky Jacks Restaurant and The Perdido Key Oyster Bar & Marina both of which overlooked the water. It was nice to experience the riverside as opposed to the usual beach location. We loved the low density condo and felt it was very homey and quiet."

  • Very nice place

"Have been visiting Perdido Sun condos since 1991. This unit is very good. Nicely furnished and very comfortable bed. I did have a guest visit for 3 nights while there.. He did not like the pull out bed in the living room. Said the springs in the matress bothered him. So he just slept on the couch."
