  • great condo

"Great condo at a great price. The location is awesome and so close to the beach we have had longer walks in High rises we have stayed in. Complex is very quiet with a heated pool and hot tub that were great for spring. Owner was very easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!"

  • Way to go Bill & Elise

"We've been lucky enough to visit many places through the years that made us rethink what "vacation" means: Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Tracy Arm Fjord, South of France, Nassau, New Orleans, Vancouver, Seattle, Chicago, DC, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, London, Yosemite, Tahoe/Reno/Vegas - and on and on and on. Now we have to add Bill & Elise's condo to the list. Really. Not just Perdido Key - we've been there a bunch of times. But this time - Maahhhh-bah-lous. Hassle free - check. Exactly as advertised - check. Clean and well maintained - check. Seven full, worry-free, stress-free days of relaxation - check. Did I mention hassle free? Perfect? Nope. But neither am I. We spent a few nights in Mississippi for Cruising the Coast 2014 and then took a slow roll through Fairhope on the way to 403 OBW for a week on the beach in Perdido. In October. Man, it don't get better than that. We own rental properties and when I have them "fixed up to suit me" - I'm happy. Must work - no complaints yet. I use that same standard for 403 OBW - no complaints. All that to say we hope to do it again, "Same Bat Time - Same Bat Channel" - Good Lord willing. In the meantime, keep up the good work. Looks like you're accustomed to it."

  • Absolutely Fabulous

"We are a family of 6. We have kids ranging from 4 to 16 and EVERYONE in my family loved this unit. No one wanted to leave with our youngest stating, matter-of-factly, that she thought we should live there permanently. The location was great with easy access to the beach and attractions. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The check-in/out process was so easy we didn't even have to think about it. We didn't experience a single issue while we were there so it was one of the best vacations my family has taken. We are already looking forward to another week's stay there next summer."
