  • Great, Convenient Condo

"This condo is great, just what we needed. Don't expect anything extraordinary, just know that it'll meet your needs during your stay. Perfect location on the beach, and great views from the balcony. We have a 2 year old, and I want to note a few things for future renters: glass coffee table, glass book shelves, and glass end tables, and walk-in shower."

  • Cute condo- nice area and beautiful beach

"We had a great time. Nice clean condo, very nicely decorated. The walk to beach wasn't far at all. The location of the condo was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. Owners are very nice as well. We can't wait to go back! Perdido key is such a nice quiet beach. This is our second year in a row going down and next year will be our third. Great condo!"

  • A Perfect Vacation

"Just returned home to Colorado from another wonderful vacation at Capri, Perdido Key, FL. This was my family's second visit to your amazing condo right on the beach. Your unit is exceptional in every way and is beautifully maintained, cleaned and represented by Luxury Coastal Vacations. The unit exceeds expectations and provides more than ample space for grandparents, parents and children in a perfect location at Perdido Key! We can't wait to return! Joanie"

  • Our stay at Parasol West

"We had a great week staying at this property. The house was awesome, and spacious as described. It directly ooverlooked the river, with the boat ramp and dock perfertly located. Our two small dogs loved the location, and the pool was perfetly located. The home was clean, but could use some updating. Two lightbulbs were out in the master bath, and there was no toilet paper holder in the master. These things should have been taken care of by either housekeeping, or the owners before our arrival. The gas grill was convenient, but only two of the four burners worked. The last step on the stairs in the back was dangerously high for small kids and the elderly. A small platform would resolve this issue. And then there were ths daily sugar ant visitors. We lost some food to the critters, but there was spay left behind. I think this is an ongoing issue because others wrote about this in their reviews. We would return to this property, but would want the aforementioned issues resolved first. We did not call the owners during our stay, to complain, as we worked around these situations."
